We are proud of the original art of the condo. 16 pieces of Kauai’s Landmarks done by a gifted local photo artist, Charles Ellenberger. Charles had served the film industry at Warner Brothers and worked with well-known portrait artists for a high-end clientele,. Since he moved to Kauai with his wife, Lena, Charles has been producing fine art photos of Kauai’s nature and people for both locals and visitors from all around the world. ABOUT THE CONDO’S LOCATION
The condo is set only steps away from the resort’s swimming pools and Poipu Beach Trail.
Speaking of the pools, there are three pools that our guests can use; two Regency pools and one Poipu Kai pool. Guests can use Poipu Kai Tennis courts with minimum fees.
Load beach gears on a cart and walk along the beach trail to enjoy swimming, snorkeling and surfing at the popular beaches in Poipu. With Poipu, Brennecke's, and Shipwreck beaches each a short stroll away, guests can take advantage of our beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, and spacious cart.

We have stayed in several units in this complex and found this one to be very clean and suitable for 4 individuals. The vents in the guest bedroom did not cool off the room as well as the other rooms, however, the owner provided portable fans in every room. Management responded promptly.

The beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfectly located for an easy walk to Pouipu beach and Shipwreck Beach. Keyless entry was effortless and we were treated with wine, Hawaiian cookies and chocolate on the counter. The host was speedy to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped and included spices galore. Plenty of beach toys including wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs and great information on sights to see on Kauai. Condo included Kleenex, night lights, first aid kits, plenty of beach towels, hand held vacuum, laundry detergent, pack and play, charging station - they thought of everything to make the stay extra comfy. Although the condo faced the street you couldn’t hear anything in the bedrooms which had very comfy king size beds. Excellent experience.

This condo's location was perfect. Easy access to walking paths/many beaches. Restaurants/groceries were a short drive away. The pool and hot tub was just down a short path. The designated parking stall was very close to the condo's entrance. The condo itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The layout worked very well for 2 couples. The owner's response time was very prompt and courteous. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Michelle

Luxuriously quiet condo in a perfectly situated location to access the pool, ocean fun and shopping. Relaxing in the spacious condo was a dream with each room having a large tv and comfy beds! We made good use of the big & well appointed kitchen & dining room during our lengthy stay in the Regency at Poipu! Our gracious host was easily accessible when we had questions, as well. We shall stay in this exact spot in future trips to Kauaii, for sure!
