This is a ground floor, two bedroom and one bath DIRECT OCEANFRONT corner unit and is located in building 4 at the oceanfront of Maui Sands. You are far away from traffic noise, and 11 feet away from the beautiful pacific ocean. Come and hear the calming sounds of the soothing ocean waves. Wake up EVERY MORNING to the sounds and sights of the ocean, Moloka'i and sea turtles swimming by, and end each evening with the most BEAUTIFUL, UNOBSTRUCTED SUNSET VIEWS!

This seaside retreat has plenty of living and dining seating for up to 6 guests. You have an oceanfront view from the kitchen, lanai and living area, plus tons of natural light from this private, corner unit. The fully furnished and recently remodeled kitchen includes granite countertops, cooking island and all brand new stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, stove and a refrigerator/freezer. The unit can sleep up to six (6) guests comfortably. The mattresses have been replaced recently in both bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a King size bed and the guest room has a queen size bed, with an in closet vanity. The bathroom is complete with a tub/shower combo and a vanity area. The living area includes a brand new furniture set, including a queen size sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. Also in the living area is an in-window air conditioner unit, flat screen TV, along with a DVD player. The unit also provides an IN-UNIT WASHER AND DRYER (very unique in this complex-so no need to collect those quarters from your grocery change), basic cable, WiFi and a starter set of kitchen and bath supplies. This unit has had some updates and you have everything you need to feel right at home.

Take a stroll through the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, with tropical fruit trees, native plants and large grassy areas.
