The house is beautiful, well stocked and very clean. The covered lanai is a great spot for family meals and the pool is secluded and enjoyable for all ages. It is a fantastic place for a lovely Kauai getaway. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect place for a large family gathering. Our party was for 9 adults people which the place fit perfectly, there was even an extra top bunk bed unused. The layout was perfect for multiple couples and singles to have their own space, while the main floor was large enough for us to all come together. The pool/hot tub / outside shower were great amenities, as well as being close to town and the beach. Great neighborhood, beautiful sunrises/sunsets, and the concierge was so helpful! Highly recommend!

Loved the beautiful home. Perfect location. Walk to the beach gorgeous sun rises and views. Outdoor pool area after the beach/ hiking was amazing. The driveway is very steep and narrow if you have a large vehicle. Otherwise absolutely perfect.

This home was exactly as expected and a perfect setup for couples. We spent a lot of time on the lanai when we were at the house. The common living areas were spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for our excursions around the island and we loved how walkable the Poipu area is. We would definitely stay here again!

Hale Keoniloa was the perfect spot to celebrate my Mom's 75th birthday with friends & family. The staff was very professional & responsive. When we called about a spa issue (jets wouldn't run), they came out that day, then came back the next day to fix it. There were just a few minor issues w/the home that should be addressed - Queen bed in the "bunkbed" room needs mattress replaced. We were rolling towards the middle as if sleeping on an air mattress. There is a panel on the kitchen island that would not stay in place. We set it in the laundry room, leaving a gaping, unsightly hole. And lastly the top floor lanai sliders were a bit sticky & difficult for some guests to close completely, which was required to keep the AC running. Those little blips did not impact our ability to enjoy the property, but I wanted to ensure they were addressed since this is a luxury property. Hands down, we would visit again in the future!! No hesitations!

If you are planning a trip to Kauai and are looking for a classy, well-appointed, centrally-located home with an amazing pool and some of the best breezes and sunrises on the island, then this is your place.
This was our first family trip to Kauai. We selected this home based upon the abundance of 5-star reviews and glowing recommendations. This home was big for our group of 5, but the kids are 16-21 and no-one complained about having their own queen or king bed and lots of elbow room! The gathering spaces in this home are beautiful and large. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable with luxury bedding and good temperature control options. The kitchen was well-equipped and had high end appliances that all worked just right. It is a very easy house to settle into.
The communication from the rental management company was amazing, kind and timely. They provided help in advance, access to concierge services, and very clear instructions for home access and departure expectations (simple!).
Shipwreck beach was fun - watching the surfers and cliff jumpers. Puka Dog dinner at Poipu beach during sunset was fun. We hiked the gorgeous heritage trail, toured the national botanical gardens, spouting horn, and the largest coffee plantation in the USA. The local Wednesday afternoon farmer's market and all the recommended restaurants were great. Dinner at Merriman's was a family favorite. The Na'Pali Coast, Waimea Canyon and Hanalei Bay are all easy trips from this house.

This house was a perfect fit for our family of 9. We had a blast in the lovely pool with waterfall, relaxed in the spa, and enjoyed being able to cook and barbecue right at home throughout the trip. We loved the huge island with cooktop, oven and microwave, and everything we needed was there. Lovely home with stained wood details everywhere. The tiki torches around the pool are a great touch!! We loved our stay.

We visited with a group of six adults and one toddler and had a wonderful time in Kauai. The property was lovely, very comfortable for our family. Very user friendly in terms finding things and USING the kitchen. The few small things that needed repair were immediately addressed. The flowers snacks and coffee on arrival were a nice touch.
The property has a peak view at Hideaways beach and is an easy walk to the Hyatt and to Poipu Beach for active people. It’s also single story for the main level for less active people which was ideal for our group.
We were blessed to have a full moon during our visit and spent every night in the pool. It was magical!

We had a wonderful week in Kauai. Rental was as advertised and suited our group of 10 perfectly. Loved the location - short walks to three different beaches, and we ate at excellent nearby restaurants. Great location to get to other island activities and experiences. Staff was terrific in responding to our requests. One small issue - our week in Hawaii was really on the windy and rainy side. The pool was not as warm as we wanted. It would have been nice to be able to pooch up the temp a bit. Would return in a minute.
