The open full kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, all the utensils you will need for a perfect stay.

Laundry room is located on the 8th floor- pay by app/credit card.
There is parking in the building for a low cost of $23 per day or early birds special of $8.00 for 10hrs.
There is also lots of street parking for $1.00 per hour.
The door code and instructions will be given upon booking unit.
We do not charge resort fees.
Other things to note
This building is perfectly located in Waikiki, just a block from wide, sandy beach area, close to major hotels- Hilton Hawaiian Village and Shopping Ala Moana. Many Local/ International eateries just outside the building....

Called Francine repeatedly about having only 1 wash cloth and we got no where. We had to go buy towels. Patio is not pictured because it is not enough room for two people to stand on it. Street noise and loud music each night. We left and flew to Kona until our final night, had to fly out of HNL airport. Would not rent again.

The condo offers beautiful views of the marina and is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The Chart House is just below the unit and offers an amazing brunch on the weekends and multiple happy hours. The Ala Moana Outdoor Shopping Mall is very close by as well. The building itself is very quiet. However, you do experience some street noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This condo is warm, cozy, and inviting! While the location boasts incredible views of Ala Wai Boat Harbor, the sun rises and sunsets here are equally as breathtaking! Personal touches and amenities throughout made us feel at home in paradise. The host’s are readily available and make communication effortless. 10 out of 10! The Condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home!! The location is perfect and we have absolutely no complaints! Communication with the owner and cleaner was great as well! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Waikiki
