The place was exactly as advertised! It was quiet, close to cool beaches for snorkeling and laying out. The pool is an excellent spot for a dip to cool off and relax. The place was well stocked, with everything you need in a kitchen and a grill. I appreciated there were beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards for us to use. We took advantage of the washer and dryer and were happy with the spacious bedrooms. It was one of the best properties I've stayed at, and I would stay again!

Overall our stay was okay.
It is a very quiet area. The open kitchen is very nice.
The unit was not really cleaned before we arrived. More like the counters were wiped and the floor was swept around the furniture.Trash under the beds, tables, and furniture. Items still in the dressers. The outside grill area was nice but the drawers and grill were disgusting. The garage was a mess with towels still on the floor.
Communication with Dani was good. She had the cleaning co there the same day. She also had 2 new chairs and a cooler delivered next day that were missing.
Unfortunately the shower and ice maker were not fixed. I had to listen the other couple complain about it every other day. This is the only place I have stayed that didn't have TP and paper towels. We bought and left it there so the next guest would not be caught off guard.
It is a nice place but it could use some attention.

The location is really nice, we had a villa right off the golf course so it was very peaceful and nice to look at. Close to shopping and food.
The house is very nice and set up for families. The floor was dirty but not an obvious way, our feet were very dirty after walking barefoot through the house. I made note of that with Dani and she got back to me and offered to have cleaners come over. To me that was great customer service and a fix to the issue. We declined and used the mop in the house.
Our family had a fantastic stay on the Big island and would love to come back to this villa again. Mahalo and Aloha!

Condo was well used. Dishwasher backed up sink on 2nd day we were there. Took 3 days to fix. Bathroom towels were mismatched and frayed. Cushions on couch don't fit and slide off. Beds are uncomfortable. Driveway is so short car did not fit so had to find other parking in complex. Kitchen chairs are wobbly and place was not cleaned well on check in. Communication with management was lacking. Would not stay here again.

This is a lovely condo in a great location with access to all the amenities the Mauna Lani resort offers. It is in a gated neighborhood, and as guests we were given access to the Resident's Beach and parking lot. Most times we walked to the beach (1.2 miles) along the wide shoulders of the road, which we felt earned our oceanside naps! Napua Restaurant at the beach was available for take-out lunches which we enjoyed at our beach chairs. We also enjoyed a lovely sunset dinner at Napua. We enjoyed several rounds of golf, and especially the 9-hole par-3 wiki golf course.
The condo is well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the barbecue grill and dining on the lanai. The only thing we did not enjoy was the sofa in the living room -- the sofa cushions seemed to be mis-sized for the frame, and they kept sliding out of position. There were plenty of dining table chairs both indoors and out, plus chaise lounges on the lanai for comfortable relaxation.
The kitchen is well equipped, and we cooked many meals. The Foodland Farms grocery store is very close by and carries a lot of high-end gourmet foods and wines as well as standard grocery items and a poke counter.
Dani is a wonderful property manager. She was immediately responsive to our questions, and she made everything run very smoothly for us.
We would definitely book this property again in the future, and we recommend it as an affordable option for staying on the Mauna Lani resort.

We had a lovely stay. It is well supplied with everything we needed, lots of cooking essentials, beach gear, extra pillows and linens. The view was gorgeous and the location was really convenient to the Waikoloa and Mauna Lani shopping and restaurants. The only suggestion I have is some mattress pads. The mattresses were new, but could use a little cushioning. Would definitely book again.

We had a great stay at the golf villas. We had a few minor issues, but our host was extremely responsive and efficient. There were some crumbs and it was a little messy underneath the coffee table and dining table when we arrived, but not a big problem and the rest of the house was in excellent condition. Bathrooms were clean, beds reasonably comfortable, and the house was well equipped. Enclosed garage had lots of water toys that we loved using at the very calm and uncrowded private beach. The local grocery store in the Mauna Lani resort area was extremely convenient, obviously a little expensive, but a two minute drive so very useful. The community pool is warm and kids had an amazing time. Sitting in the backyard at sunset with a breeze, staring out over the golf course at palm trees made it truly feel like paradise.
