This ground floor 1 bed/1 bath (584 sq. ft.) unit in Building #3 provides easy access to the pool, bbq and tennis courts. Ground floor units provide extra spacious lanais where you can quietly enjoy your meals, enjoy a book and beverage, and just be in Maui. Maui Vista is a solid concrete building, so you won't have to worry about any noise from upstairs.
The Maui Vista condo complex is located directly across the street from the world famous Charley Young beach.
From the front door of the unit, it is a 1/4 mile (roughly 5 minute walk) to the entrance of Charley Young beach. Being in the back of the Maui Vista complex it is quieter than being in Building #1 in the front of the complex.
The unit comes with a beach cart to haul all your beach gear. Or if you so chose, can drive the 1/4 mile to the Charley Young Beach parking lot directly across from the complex. ...

Have been to Maui Vista many times.This unit was as described. A bit noisy due to being near elevator.Host was very accessible.Would suggest 2 sets of sheets for a 3 week stay and clock in kitchen needs batteries replaced.

This is my second time staying in 3110, it's got everything one needs for a south Maui getaway, excellent kitchen setup, very comfortable bed, beach gear, right by pool, grills, super clean, can't wait to book again in the future

Been to Kihei many times since 2007, but usually stay at a property further south that wasn’t available this time.
This cosy unit certainly had all the amenities we expected, and once we acclimated from our “set ways”, we found it served our needs just fine!
Only two things we would fix if we could: mount the refrigerator door the other way ‘round, and provide a light for the lanai - the two solar powered floodlights around the periphery weren’t (for us) effective for reading or dining.

Very comfortable, ground floor condo, close to one of our favorite beaches.
We had an issue with the air conditioning unit, and the owner responded quickly to our concerns. He was out within a couple of hours to assess the issue and had the unit replaced the next day. He was very personable and genuinely concerned about our comfort, which we greatly appreciated!

We had a great visit! The condo was very clean and communication with the host was very easy.
We appreciated having all the beach accessories that we needed (towels, cooler, chairs, umbrella, wagon) to have a worry free day, enjoying all the beaches. We spent the week exploring all the island has to offer, and loved having a clean, comfortable condo to come back to each night!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is very well located in a beautiful, quiet & well maintained area just a few minutes from the beautiful Charley Beach.
The condo was very clean and well equipped.
We ended up not using air conditioning has my son has severe mold allergies and we were not sure it had been recently cleaned but never once the apartment was too hot. There is a beautiful breeze when windows are opened.
Overall an amazing experience.

Nice clean condo stocked with everything you need for a quick get away. We are from Oahu and island hopped to Maui - it was great to have some of our standard beach gear ready to go for us to enjoy Maui. The kitchen was clean and functional, and let our allergy family enjoy worry free food. I took the bedroom and my teen son took the foldaway bed in the couch and we were perfectly comfortable. Communication with the owner was great and easy. We will definitely come back!
