The location of the property was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach where we were able to see sea turtles every day.
The interior of the property needs updating. The couch has springs coming through and the bathrooms need some updating also.

Great location condo had everything we needed and more.
Great views, quiet yet convenient to shops restaurants, etc. here for meetings at Hyatt (5min walk) and couldn’t be more pleased with choice to stay here instead.

Good location, the grounds are pretty and clean.
The condo can use some upgrading and a good clean.
Furniture to big for condo.
Carpets and tile grout were dirty and has ants.
We did keep everything in the refrigerator and microwave.
Over all this is a good condo and a great location.

We loved this unit. Clean, great view from the lanai, nice pool. Walked the heritage trail several times and enjoyed exploring Kauai.

Poipu Sands was a perfect location for our 10-day stay on Kauai! We loved the easy access via a walking path that led from our door to the incredible Grand Hyatt where we attended a wedding and spent several afternoons enjoying Shipwreck beach. We also loved the easy access via walking paths to other restaurants, beaches and coastal trails. The neighborhood was quiet at night so we could sleep with our windows open. We really loved the large balcony where we could watch what was happening on shipwreck beach and see the sunrise. And the kitchen was extremely well stocked! We fell in love with Kauai and CANNOT wait to return!!

Excellent choice for smaller families or 2 couples. Wonderful ocean view. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Pool was just steps away, but we wished the hot tub would've been closer; hot tub was about a 10-minute walk. Multiple beaches within walking distance. Kitchen was well-equipped, although we opted to eat out mostly. Bath and beach towels were supplied for 4 guests, but it would've been nice to have a few extras.

We have stayed at the Sands before and love the views and proximity to the beaches and restaurants! The home was clean and well maintained. Beds very comfortably. Plenty of beach chairs. The home had everything we needed.
