The condo is updated with tasteful furnishings and features beautiful pieces of art by local Kauai artisans.
Even when you’re lounging around in the cozy living room, you’re still treated to the incredible ocean views out of the floor-to-ceiling patio doors. Pop in a movie or browse the stations on the flat-screen TV as you relax on the leather couch or comfortable recliners.
Modern and updated, the kitchen has everything you need to feed your hungry guests, including full-size appliances. Sit down to family meals or fun board game nights at the 4-person dining table.
A stackable washer and dryer in the condo help you stay caught up on the laundry. Pretty accordion doors open to the master bedroom, where the adults will sleep like babies on the king bed. Kids will love the second bedroom with two twin beds and fun tropical décor. (Twins may be converted to King if needed).
No need to fight over getting ready in the morning! Both bathrooms have large vanities with single sinks, ample storage, and a tub with a shower.

2. Fun Deck Area: Multi-leveled and made of stunning teak, the community deck features plenty of space to lounge around in the afternoon sun. If it’s the shade you seek, the deck also has a tiki hut with lounge chairs and a refreshing plunge pool to cool off in.
3. Private, Intimate Complex: Poipu Palms is a small and peaceful community with only 12 condos. It's easy to reach Poipu Beach on foot in 10 minutes or 2 minutes by car with plenty of free parking at the beach. This unit is on the second floor but has a ramp for easy access.
If you wish to get your blood pumping, hike the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail, which is chock full of amazing photo stops perfect for Instagramming. Adrenaline junkies will love zip-lining, aerial obstacle courses, and a wide variety of watersports.

This unit overlooks the water in an area with a strong surf, so lots of turtles visible from the lanai. There are many thoughtful touches inside, including comfortable beds, plenty of linens, nice artwork and decorations. The location is wonderful--close to the hiking trail along the coast, and withing walking distance to Poipu Beach. A good find!

This condo had everything we needed - some kitchen and laundry basics, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Easy parking, mostly quiet neighbors and spectacular ocean views (with dolphins, turtles and even a whale!). We would definitely stay here again.

Ocean views were amazing. Great to see turtles swimming right from our lanai. Being 1 step up from pool level gave us a much better view of ocean. Communication with property management was easy when a lightbulb needed replacement. They even sent us a notification when a highway accident occurred to allow for extra travel time to get to our destination for the morning. Greatly appreciated. Hope to be back.

Would return in a heartbeat! We could hear the waves in both bedrooms. Showers were great. Pool was refreshing. Poipu beach is amazing. Stayed in 201 15 years ago! Didn’t realize until we got here. Location is quiet and beautiful

We had a really good time in our rental (Poipu Palms 204). The experience overall was great. The view right off the ocean was a million dollar view. The rental was small, but neat and not cluttered. We knew going in there would be no AC, but the fans and crosswinds made it work.
The rooms are very small. Much smaller than we had planned for. We were 3 adults and 1 toddler. The master was not big enough for us to have the toddler bed in, so we had to use the living room. It's not a knock on the space. More something to be aware of if you are in a similar situation to ours.
The one annoying thing was that the bathroom fans were not connected due to noise. It made for a bit of a humid environment after showers.
But, for a place to chill and soak in the sun and relax, this was perfect. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Communicated and checked in more than once during our 6 day stay. Would definitely recommend!

The interior was cozy and felt like home immediately. Great sunset views a short walk down the hill, generally stayed cool when the ceiling fans were on, lots of nearby shopping and eating. The sound of the ocean crashing into the rocks below every night might be the thing I miss most. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!!
