In the living room, you will find two convertible turquoise sleepers and a TV to watch your favorite show.
To go to the master bedroom you will pass through high to floor mirror closet to keep all of your belongings. Shopaholics will definitely have plenty of place for their newly bought stuff. Comfortable king size bed will make your sleep great! In the morning, fully rested you can go to the balcony, sip your coffee and enjoy stunning channel, ocean, city and partial mountain views.
The Island Colony building has a convenient amenity floor hosting a recreational deck, a gym, pool, dry sauna, and Jacuzzi. As well as BBQ grills, ice-vending machines, and even a mini-mart. This building is well maintained, has a fire sprinkler and smoke alarm in each unit, and has 24-hour security.

Really loved this property and location! Very clean with good basic appointments. Great for walking distance to restaurants shops and Waikiki beach. We really loved the sunrise view of the mountain behind the building from the balcony and the beautiful Mountain View during the day.
The pool and hot tub are a great size and have a good amount of loungers so that you can find a seat.
Some other items to bring with you would include tea towels, coffee filter, salt and pepper and general cleaning products like Lysol wipes and dish soap if you are staying longer than a week. The unit is not cleaned at all while you stay there.
Do NOT overload elevators. Like almost all building in Waikiki beach this building is older and the elevators are temperamental. Do not be shy about saying no if people want to squeeze into the elevator with you.
Overnight parking is outrageously expensive at $40 USD per night.
There was construction while we were there but it did not bother us at all. Pls check before you go that the ongoing construction will not interfere with your plans. For example the pool area was set to be redone.
The futons are older and pretty basic. Good for small children. Not great for adults.
Overall and great place to stay! We had a great time and would go back again!

Awesome apartment! Great location to everything in Waikiki and the bus to go anywhere we needed to. So much choice for meals close by and very clean. More towels would have been better and more rubbish bags. There were a few crumbs on the floor when we arrived but overall, the apartment was fabulous. A broken lamp upon arrival was noticed and we quickly informed the agent with photos. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Loved it - thank you!

This clean vacation rental was in a quiet part of Waikiki. This rental had partial views of the mountains and ocean. The lanai was nice to sit on and watch the sun rise. We also used it dry our swim gear and towels in the Hawaiian sun. We loved the many amenities this rental had. The kids (teen and preteen)slept on the couches the first night but preferred the single foam mattresses kept in the closet the rest of the trip. We used the laundry which was operated using a debt/credit card. We used pool and hot tub daily. Very clean pool area. We used kitchen to helped us from not eating out as much; money saver. The kitchen didn’t have an oven which was fine but others may expect. Rental was within walking distance to shopping, the beach, and restaurants (Marugame Udon noodle was just a block away and was excellent). The rental was near several bus stops which we used extensively. We also rented a car for the day from an on site shop; how convenient. This rental was just what we needed for our Hawaiian getaway.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our month long holiday in USA. It was perfect for us. We spent all our time on the balcony enjoying the views and perfect climate. Never used the lounge at all! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for breakfast and lunch. Wifi was excellent. The Island Colony complex is well kept, the pool and bbq area is extensive. Check in was easy. They stored our bags (we were there before check in time).It is 2 blocks away from the amazing Waikiki Beach and has plenty of restaurant options close by. The condo looks exactly like the photos shown on the website. 10/10, would recommend.

広いラナイからはオーシャンビューではないがビルの隙間から海もチラッと見え、山側のゴルフ場も広い空間としてリラックス出来る。実はこの部屋を選択したのはウォシュレットがあるから、快適でした。プールやジャクジーの利用も楽しみました。ただ残念だったのは外のノイズと整備中だったプールまわりや窓の清掃?などの音(まあ風が強いタイミングだったからかもしれません。素敵な部屋に変わりありません。ゴミの処理(各階のエアーシューターと資源ごみは6Fで捨てるなど)についてもう少し事前に説明があるとなおいいと思いました。
