Kahaluu Bay Villas #202 offers a balance of amazing ocean views and privacy. It is a very beautiful unit which includes a split-zoned A/C system, granite countertops, gorgeous koa wood cabinets, two large master bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and two full baths. It comes fully equipped, cable TV in the living room, and WiFi.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between them and and property manager to be confirmed.
Kahaluu Bay Villas is a quiet residential condo complex that is home to a mix of vacation guests and longer-term residents. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am and all incoming guests are asked to respect these quiet hour rules
Kahaluu Bay Villas is a perfect location to get up and down the Kona coastline and experience all the ocean activities available. Just across the street from the complex is Kahalu'u Beach Park, one the best snorkeling and surfing spots on the Big Island. Also close by is White Sands (Magic Sands) Beach, known for body surfing, boogie boarding or just relaxing at the beach.
For land lovers, Alii Drive just outside the complex is one of Kona's most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship.
For golfers, the Keauhou Country Club is a 5-min drive to the south and for the anglers, Kona is famous for its world class deep sea fishing. Kahaluu Bay Villas is also a short 10-15 min walk from the Keauhou Shopping Center, offering several restaurants, cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping. Traveling along the ocean up Alii Drive to the north is downtown Kailua-Kona with more restaurants & shopping and Kailua Bay.

Condo was great. Location was perfect. Right next to the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Very nice view from the Lanai. Beautiful sunsets. Owner was very nice & helpful. Thanks for a great week!

Lovely unit with great view of the ocean. Overall, well maintained but a bit "tired" in its decor. Couch cushions sink quite a bit so anyone with mobility concerns will have difficulty rising from them. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and entertaining with nice appliances and plenty of glassware and dishes. Better directions for managing fans and lights would be helpful. Covered parking and elevator made moving in/out easy. Found Igor to be very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Near to Kona, snorkeling, coffee farms. Beautiful overlook. Very well equipped kitchen. The classic white sand beaches to the north of Kona a 40 minute drive but there was plenty close by. The a/c, by the way, was fine. We just didn’t need it after the first night. Buy fresh fish at Kona seafood, a top shelf bottle of wine, local fruit and veggies, eat on the back porch and you couldn’t have a better meal.

Exceeded our expectations! Lovely location-gorgeous views off deck and extremely quiet. We were just outside of the downtown area so perfect location without being loud. We faced the ocean but set back about a block from an excellent snorkeling beach with unobstructed views. The unit is very large and roomy and the fact that each bedroom has an ensuite bath was a fantastic amenity. Very well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed even a coffee grinder for the numerous coffee beans we bought for our stay-the Kona coffee is amazing and well worth the purchase. We reached out to the property manager a few times and he was very accessible and quick to respond with solutions and even gave us some recommendations for a sushi restaurant that we went to twice. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the most wonderful condo to stay at on the big Island. We loved our ocean view from our beautiful balcony above the most amazing beach on the island. Kahaluu beach has the best snorkeling on the island because you can see the most variety of fishes. It’s also very accessible and has a lifeguard and it’s best to go in the morning before the crowds come. Its close (20 mins) to another (south Kona) great snorkel beach at Pu’uhonua O Honaunau “2 step’ and Rebel Kitchen which is a great local place to eat. The condo is just a little south of Kona away from the hustle and crowds. The condo has an unobstructed view of great sunsets.
The Keauhou shopping center is so easily accessible .8 mile for grocery and other local coffee and breakfast Peaberry & Galette cafe and creperier.
The property manager was very attentive to our needs and requests. The old teflon cooking pans were not very nice for cooking. But we didn’t do a lot of cooking. However, when we suggested that they purchase new cooking pots and pans the property manager was very receptive. Condo itself is a bit dated. I love the tile floors throughout the entire condo, but I did not like the carpeting in the bedrooms. I would suggest replacing the carpeting with tile or laminate flooring for cleanliness. It was fine for us. We would definitely return. We love this place.
We loved having two bathrooms. It was very quiet. We never heard any of our neighbors and the pool was a Delight.

The condo was great and close to the beach. We were all over 70 and I had a condo in Kona before. I like to snorkel and since I usually go alone, kahaluu beach is great since there is a lifeguard presence. Condo was lovely, great view, and had everything we needed. Loved it!

We LOVED our stay at this condo! It was even better than the photos. The view is incredible. It’s a 2-minute walk to a beach with fantastic snorkeling and 3-minute walk to a spot you can rent surfboards and learn to surf (we didn’t do the surfing, but saw lots of people doing it there). The pool for the condo is sparkling clean, a great temperature, and most of the time we had it all to ourselves. It has a fully-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, washing machine and dryer in the condo, air conditioning, big bathrooms. Highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future!
