We’ve stayed at this complex 3 times over the years and absolutely love it. Conveniently located to Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Kapalua. The views couldn’t be better and the beach is fabulous. This unit is comfortable and updated. We love the king Sleep Number bed and the shower is dreamy (though I wouldn’t want to pay the water bill 😊). Brand new dishwasher too! The pullout couch is actually pretty comfortable too! Thank you again, Maui Kai!

We loved being in the corner unit of the condo. You can’t ask for a better view! The location of the condo is also great since it’s on a boardwalk connected to other hotels and restaurants, and beautiful beaches. A great place to stay!

We so enjoyed this Condo. The view was amazing. Very quiet and clean. We did have a real issue with the door key lock. We were able to get it open but could not get it to lock again. Had to call Vacasa to send a locksmith to help us. He did come promptly and walk us through the lock process. I have advise the owner that they need to add instructions to the door lock. A previous review also had issues with the lock. It very very old and needs to be replaced. Would rent again for sure.

Great location, close to food and shopping. Spectacular view.
The AC unit in this unit is very loud with random mechanical noises throughout the night. No additional amenities for the beach other than towels. We wouldn’t choose this again.

Can’t get any closer to the water. Perfect views. Plenty of things to do in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and more within a few miles.
My favorite things were sitting on the balcony watching the daybreak and the sunsets. If you don’t like the sound of the waves relaxing you then don’t stay here.

This was our first trip to Maui and we were looking for somewhere to stay in the Lahaina/Kaanapali area. We came across the Maui Koi 301 and were immediately reeled in by the views from the balcony. The rental lived up to our expectations and then some! We enjoyed the views from the balcony every evening. We would highly recommend to friends/family and will look to book again on our next trip to Maui.

Beautiful oceanfront view, only way to be closer to the ocean would be to be in the ocean
