Kihei Bay Surf Studio #218 is an upstairs studio with vaulted ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a queen bed, sofa sleeper and sleeps 3. There is a room unit air conditioner in the living room as well as a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV . Kihei Bay Surf Studio #218 is equipped with unlimited calling to U.S. and Canada and wireless internet service. Coin-operated laundry room on-site.

The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and can sleep 2 people. In addition there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills and common laundry areas for your use. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops, restaurants and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.

The work will consist of removal of the old roof and solar panels, and installation of the new roof and solar panels. Work is allowed Monday-Saturday from 8am-5pm. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean. There was snorkel gear, beach chairs and beach towels in the condo. Each evening we walked across the street to watch the sunset and the large green turtles swim up to the beach to rest for the night. Polo beach is a great beach to snorkel to see colorful fish, turtles and eels.

Overall trip was amazing. Second time I stayed in the same complex. Our ceiling fan had the same frequency as someone else. In the middle of the night, the fan gets turned off and light goes on. It was a little frustrating felt like tug a war with waking up in the middle of the night to keep turning off the light and turning back the fan. The ac is not at a good location. The ac hits the furniture and it doesn’t really cool down the entire place. It was hard to sleep at night when you cannot even feel the coolness of the ac by the bed. The ac only cools the living room area. The living furniture should be moved so it better flows the ac. Also, the bed was uncomfortable.

It was really good, everything as expected and shown in the pictures. The place was clean, big enough and also offered towels for the pool without even asking. The only issue was the WiFi. We tried the instructions shown there and we couldn’t connect any device.

This place is nothing fancy, but it is clean, quiet, and well appointed. The AC unit is new and efficient. The bed is ancient, but clean and comfortable enough. The kitchen was well appointed with cooking pots and pans, lots of silverware, dinnerware, and placemats. The only problem we had was with a ceiling fan light that turned on randomly in the night. I think the remote needs some instructions so this won't happen.

Cute clean small studio. It has a bed and a sofa that can turn into a bed. The kitchen has a stove/oven and microwave and a fridge. It had plenty of pots and pans and dishes that we would need. The building has tennis courts, swimming pool and hot tub, and a laundry room. Location is amazing. Right across from the beach. Near many awesome restaurants. Close to many different attractions. 30 mins to Road to Hana, mins from other beaches and hikes, 15 mins to the marina and aquarium, 45 mins from zip lining. Great location!! If we come back, we would totally stay here again.

This studio condo has all the basics covered well. This visit was the second in this complex: great location, lovely pool and hot-tub, a great lanai for two. We'd certainly do it again!

We were supposed to camp at Hosmer grove the night before checkin but the Kona storm had other ideas. Luckily we were able to check in a day early. The women I spoke to at the property management company was so helpful in accommodating us.
