The space
The open floor plan invites entertaining and relaxing. The fully equiped kitchen is a chef's dream with the oversized fridge and freezer, Bertazzoni gas range, Microwave drawer, mahogany cabinetry and granite kitchen counters.
The house has 4 bedrooms each one with en-suite bath. The 2 master suites upstairs offer ocean views, soaking tubs and lanai to enjoy the ocean views. Separate AC controls for both floor of the house!
The downstairs has 2 more bedrooms. One with queen size bed and another with two single beds. Separate AC control for the downstairs area.
The spacious living room opens to the back lanai to enjoy the outdoor and indoor at the same time. We have a bbq in the back yard for your cooking needs....

This property was all that it advertised. It was perfect for my family. Rosi was very helpful. The best part was the neighborhood Albatrosses. One was building a nest in the yard as we were leaving.

Very clean beautiful house. Had all the amenities and Rosie was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and quick to respond. A bit away from main attractions but plenty around us to do. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

The neighborhood is so beautiful, walkable, and the neighbors are great. The house has so much room and has been nicely renovated to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The kitchen was my favorite and I didn’t even mind doing the dishes!
The ocean view from the living room, kitchen, and upstairs bedrooms is so stunning and close, that you’ll find yourself mesmerized - It is literally the icing on the cake for this home and your stay. We will definitely be coming back here.

Spacious, clean, lovely house with air conditioning. Body boards and chairs, cooler, and sand toys provided. There are even some toys for your kids inside, and an albatross in the front yard. Can’t wait to come again!

This property is just beautiful! Located in an extremely nice neighborhood with grocery store, restaurants nearby. It is large, very well appointed. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space. Full size washer and dryer. All the towels are VERY soft. Rosi could not possibly be nicer or quicker to respond to any needs. Landscaping is lovely and just walking or jogging in the neighborhood is eye candy.
