Overall a nice place for us. A bit pricey for our taste but seemed to be on par for what others were charging at Waikiki. Location location location.

This was an extremely comfortable location. Even with 3 adults and a 15 year old boy there was plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. The on-site Laundry facility made it easy to pack light and was Laundry in the middle of the week. Check-in and check-out were both super easy and efficient.

This location placed us close to UH Manoa where we were setting our son up for school. The condo was just right for our needs. Comfy beds, awesome shower, kitchen well-stocked (the toaster oven met our needs, but be aware it’s the only oven in addition to the microwave), and the AC was awesome. The view is great for being a few blocks back from the beach—I’d work on the patio in the mornings just to watch the surf roll in—it was fantastic. Although the main TV is a smart model with access to some streaming, we ended up casting Disney+ and ESPN from our iPhones. Great location—two blocks from the international market and three blocks to Waikiki beach, maybe 15 minutes from Fort Derussy and Hilton Hawaiian village. Being in the heart of the city and on the canal comes with city noise—a lot of sirens and garbage collection late night/early morning. We adapted but just something to be aware of—we live on 5 acres and it was new to us. Parking at the complex is $35 per day and although one of the least expensive garages in the area, we would have liked to see this fee rolled into the condo rental. We drove all over the island from here every day, hitting new beaches and hanging with family. Access to the freeways and highways was easy, but even without a car, the beach is close and the bus system is easy to navigate. Coming back to this condo at night felt safe, and the place was so comfortable it added to the enjoyment of every day. We would stay here again!

We rented this listing almost last minute when our previous rental canceled on us. Needless to say we were very satisfied and almost happy that we were canceled on.
Check in process was a little shaky, but resolved fast.
Parking is $35 per day. Garage is tight and with small spaces. Larger vehicles may have trouble.
The property is distant from the beach but an overall easy walk 10-15 stroll. Everything is close: food, beach, and shopping, but still far away as to not be kept up with city noise.
Pool is nice, not crowded. There is a store where you can purchase goods like milk, alcohol, cereal, etc. on pool floor.
Living room has a huge window with gorgeous views of the mountains (caution with small children), couch and bed. The small kitchen is connected but has lots of helpful gadgets (rice cooker, toaster, etc.) I recommend looking thru the cabinets before shopping to help plan.
The bathroom is clean and showerhead has great water pressure.
The bedroom comes with a balcony where you can sit and drink your morning coffee with a beautiful view. There is beach gear you can use in the corner. Be aware that having balcony doors and living room window both open will create great airflow but bedrrom door may slam. Be sure to use door stopper.
The master bed is so comfortable. We stayed at 3 places and this by far had the most comfortable bed.
The biggest con I had was when the police had to be called on a neighbor with lots of arguing. It only happen one night. This building has permanent residents living here.
