The condo is beautiful, very well thought out. Very clean. The downside is it is so HOT inside the unit that the fans and tiny A/C units do nothing to cool it down.
Because of the heat, I was looking forward to leave the condo. So unfortunate that this pretty condo didn’t have sufficient cooling.
This condo is advertised as a two bedroom unit, but it is a one bedroom with a bed in the loft that gets direct sunlight all day long and heats up.

The apartment was clean and a great location. The apartment has one air-conditioning unit in a bedroom which worked fine. The other "bedroom" is a loft with no air-conditioning which made it unbearable to sleep in. Most nights it was only possible to sleep on the couch. There were 2 floor fans provided but just circulated the warm air. The main air conditioner for the apartment was not enough to cool the apartment. Extra floor fans were required to keep it bearable. The apartment lacked adequate curtains and blinds to keep the sun from baking the rooms. I would not stay here again due to the lack of air conditioning.

Beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The location in central Kailua-Kona made the whole town walkable. Staying here was just delightful.
The only thing that could make this better would be the option to for a later checkout time.

We had an excellent stay at this amazing space. The home was clean, beds were comfy, the internet was fast, the kitchen was ready for any cooking we needed to do. Central location meant we could easily walk to Ali’i drive and explore and there were lots of amazing restaurants around. Appreciated the beach chairs and pool noodles, were great for day trips and snorkeling. Washing machine was also so convenient to have! Great stay. Highly recommend!

Great location, walking distance to Kona shops & restaurants. Unit is close to the pool. Nice decor & views from the lanai. Upper (loft) space was on the warm side but there is a ceiling fan. An additional portable/standing fan might have helped. Overall, a welcoming and comfortable space.

Loved how close it was to everything we were doing on the Kona side of the Island. The place was spotless and had a good view of the mountain and a decent view of the coast. Walking distance to eating, shopping and browsing. Loved waking up and sitting on the balcony eating fresh fruit we bought at the farmers market and reading as the sun came up. Only draw back was sun came up early and their were few shades or curtains to block the morning sun or evening lights from street and parking.

We are here in Kona so my nephew can compete in Iron Man 2022. Location of condo is excellent for all Iron Man activities. The loft bedroom and bathroom never got below 80°! This was a real problem for sleeping comfortably! I would also suggest that the property description include that this condo is a third floor walk up. I would definitely stay here again if attending another Iron Man event.

Location was perfect. Easy to get to several beaches, volcano and restaurants. Condo was very clean. Beach towels, chairs and boogie boards were a nice plus.

Just a few walkable blocks from beaches & the main Kailua Bay commercial street. Very clean & comfortable with updated furnishings & a great view off the deck. Families should know that the pool closes to kids at 6pm, but that wasn’t an issue for us- we just went to the ocean instead if needing a night swim.
