Should the State of Hawaii raise either the transient accommodations tax (TAT), general excise tax (GET), or Oahu transient accommodations tax "OTAT", we will amend all applicable reservations and collect the additional tax(s) from Guests, before check-in.

For stays of 10 - 19 Nights, we collect an additional $150.00, for a mid-stay cleaning fee, plus applicable taxes.
