Kamaole Sands Resort is conveniently located in Kihei, Maui, across South Kihei Rd. from the Kamaole Beach parks. The South Kihei beach parks are an amazing spot to enjoy the ocean and watch amazing Maui sunsets. Kihei boat ramp is just down the street where you can find the best Maui boat excursions including Molokini snorkel trips or fishing charters. You can’t beat this convenient location, just a few minutes from all the Kihei shopping and restaurants and also a few minutes from the luxury of Wailea Resort area and the famous Shops at Wailea.
Resort Fees: There is a one-time $40.00 + tax resort fee & $30 registration fee that is collected by the resort upon check in.

Aside from the mentality troubled individuals having screaming episodes across the street from sundown to sunrise keeping us awake (out of the control of the owners) it was a great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo had lovely décor and was very clean. We loved the ocean view from the lanai. It was very convenient having the washer/dryer and two full baths.
The kids loved the pool and ping pong tables.
The location can't be beat as Kamaole Beach III was right across the street. We were able to walk to restaurants for dinner (and gelato for dessert) as well.
We highly recommend this condo.

This was a lovely property with a perfect location. Second floor provided a beautiful view of the beach and the gardens. The beds were comfortable good pillows as well, which is important to me. Kitchen was well stocked nice, big TVs and quality suite. We were grateful for the AC unit in both the family room and the bedroom. Beautiful ocean breeze blew across wind during the day. Beach chairs, and cooler provided.

Condo was clean and kitchen well equipped. King size bed very comfortable and there’s Netflix available on tv for evenings. Beach is across from street, can be bit noisy with road traffic. Pool and gym were good. Beach chairs and cooler provided but no snorkelling gear or boogie boards.

The condo was clean and updated and perfect for our family of three. The new pull out couch was memory foam and super comfy. We loved that they were two full bathrooms. They provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a hard sided cooler, and beach towels - all great for visitors who don't want to bring these items on a plane. Property was wonderful with community picnic and BBQ areas that we could rent to accommodate our entire family (as we had other members staying on the property as well). Pool was beautiful, though we didn't use it much since we went to the beach most days. Highly recommend!

The condo at Kamaole Sands was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The only thing missing was a beach umbrella. I would suggest to include one with the other beach supplies. We’d would love to stay at this condo again!

Stayed here as a family with our 3 month and 2 year old son and it was perfect. Location, cleanliness, and parking were all ideal. The only very minor things that would make this apartment better for very young families would be to have a play pen and boogie boards provided. Everything else we needed for our holiday was available!
