Our complete remodel project was completed about 18 months ago. Our guests have loved what we did and their reviews have been uniformly amazing. The remodel included all LED lighting to reduce the need to replace bulbs and lower energy use and costs.
We feature the work of local artists. We have all new furniture, appliances, and 4K televisions with full access to all your favorite apps. To help combat the heat we installed a brand new air conditioning unit. To help reduce and conserve power usage, we have automatic "electric eye" technology so the A/C will shut off after 20 minutes of no activity in the room or unit.
The Main Ocean Bedroom has ocean views, direct lanai access, a king bed, and an en suite bath. The Guest Mountain Bedroom features twin beds (which can be made into a king) and an adjacent bathroom with a combination shower/tub. We have eliminated "single-use" plastic shampoo and conditioner bottles and have added hotel-grade dispensers that provide eco-friendly hair and body wash products.
Amenities include secure high speed WiFi, beach towels, energy efficient in-unit washer/dryer, ocean-front swimming pool, a newly remodeled roof-top dining area complete with seating and four new propane gas grills, and complimentary self-parking.
We are conveniently located just across the street from shops, restaurants, a coffee bar, a natural foods store, and rentals for snorkeling, scuba, paddle board, and other beach gear. If you golf, Wailea courses are within a few minute's drive. Most importantly, we are a two-minute walk from two of Maui's most popular beaches (Kam 1 to the north and Kam 2 to the south).
Our cleaners have very detailed cleaning checklists and when you arrive you will be welcomed by a spotless vacation unit. Our door is keyless entry easy access.

We had an incredible week in Maui staying at Skye's place. Couldn't have asked for a better view and accommodation to comfortably suit 4 people - not to mention we easily managed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner! Check in and check out were smooth and we had all the info we needed, and Skye was terrific to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is an excellent property. The view is second to none. Everything was available in the kitchen we could possibly need. It was quiet and peaceful which is important to us. Most importantly, we had a minor issue that was handled with speed and kindness by the owner who was easily available to us. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

As gorgeous as the pictures look it does not even come close to doing it justice!!! This home is so incredibly beautiful with a perfect location, breathtaking views, stunning beaches on each side (2-3 min stroll), and every single detail and care you can imagine has been taken to be certain your trip will be perfection. The thought and attention Skye has taken is literally like NO OTHER VRBO owner we have ever experienced and we have stayed at A LOT of places! From the obvious beautiful views all the way down to having nice quality built-in toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc). The kitchen is top quality with a cutting edge renovation completed - the appliances are all first-class...the beautiful furniture - much of it is from local crafstmen, comfortable couch and chairs, extremely comfortable bed with a gorgeous view and being lulled to sleep by the ocean every night! The lanai is perfect - great to wake up to and have your coffee and perfect for the breath-taking sunset with a glass of wine...the location COULD NOT BE BETTER! This was our first time to Hawaii and I researched like crazy! I asked Skye a zillion questions and with his rapid, thorough, patient responses I knew this was the right place to stay! In wonderful Kihei but just minutes from the posh Wailea - we were so centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do! Automated blinds, wonderful a/c, washer and dryer that INCLUDED detergent -- I could go on forever!!! LOVE it here!!!

Location was just perfect, few steps down to two beautiful beaches. The lanai (balcony) was great for sunsets, dinner, lunch and spotting morning turtles. All the appliances are not only new but top of the line. A bonus that isn’t really mentioned is the solidity of the complex, it’s all poured concrete so the walls and floors are really sound proof - so unless folk are on the lanai or out side - it’s very quiet! Skye was very quick and helpful when the blinds lost connection and quickly found a solution. Local food and groceries are within a block - Beach St cafe across the road and Cinnamon Roll place are especially good for breakfast! Would love to stay again.

This condo is exceptional, tastefully decorated with first class amenities. The view from the lanai and ocean facing windows is breathtaking. The kitchen layout and upscale appliances show the meticulous attention to detail by the owners. Remote controlled blinds, high tech air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure comfort. Less than 100 feet from the ocean and wonderful snorkeling. Shops and restaurants right across the
street including equipment rentals for ocean play. Skye is a responsive and caring host who wants his guests to have a 5 star experience. I'd give 6 stars if I could. This Kihei location made exploring Maui points north and south convenient and enjoyable

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. Views are some of the best in the area and all the recent upgrades just add to the overall experience. Hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish we had an amazing stay at this lovely 2 bd 2 bath condo. Our hosts were fabulous and made everything extra special for us. The unit is pristine and well laid out. The kitchen in equipped and modern and the bedrooms and living areas are stylish and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and contemporary. This location in Kihei is our favorite allowing for beach walks and great dining and shops near by. We can’t say enough about how wonderful our hosts were. We are truly grateful to have found this spot and will definitely return.

Location is everything, and, while we usually stay on the 6th floor, one big advantage with the 5th floor is you don't get noise from chairs being moved around on the rooftop deck.
The unit has A/C, but we never used it once, the unit kept plenty comfortable with just the windows and doors open, taking advantage of the ocean breeze.
Everything is high tech, including state of the art TV and sound system, and automatic / electronic window shades.
The owner is very communicative, attentive, and easy to reach.
If you're looking for a well-designed, modern and comfortable condo in Kihei, this is the one!

This condo is beautiful inside and has every amenity you will need. It is very well located for anything you would want to do on Maui, although I could have stayed on the lanai the whole time watching the turtles and the snorkelers in the reef right outside. The owners were very welcoming and responsive. Everyone in the complex was very friendly.
