The suite itself is only part of the charm, the resort is situated next to several picturesque sandy lagoons and offers access to several lap pools and a fitness center, not to mention world-class golf awaits directly across the street at the famed Ko Olina golf course and world-class cuisine as well at world famous Roy's restaurant. Should you find the need to venture out of this utopian bubble some of the most beautiful beaches on earth await in nearby Wai'anae. There are 2 distinct shopping areas in the immediate vicinity, the Ko Olina Station and the Ko Olina Center. At the Ko Olina Station, you will find the Monkey Pod Kitchen, the Black Sheep Cream CO., and Island Country Market (groceries). If you are looking for something entertaining and historically significant for the whole family consider enjoying a train ride with the Hawaiian Railway Society! Train rides are available every WED, SAT, and SUN, but reservations must be made in advance, the phone # is, and fares range from $10 for keiki (Hawaiian for children) or $15 for adults or $30 for all Parlor Car tickets. This place is so nice and the “private lagoon” was never busy and we loved it. The sunsets are to die for right in your backyard. Everything about this place was perfect. Probably the best place we have ever stayed on vacation. Highly recommend. Having Disney next door was cool, because you can go to the resort and restaurants and then get away from all the busyness back to our property to relax and chill.

I couldn't have asked for anything more. First rate accommodations. Clean and comfortable. It was just as nice to hang out in the villa as it was at the beautiful lagoons or at the pool.

We loved staying at this resort! There were so many amenities and the staff was so friendly. The place is beautiful and Ko Olina itself is clean and upscale. The condo itself could use a few things like counter cleaning spray, a few larger pots (it’s a 3 bedroom so likely you’ll need to make some larger meals) and a crock pot would have been nice to start dinner and go lay on the beach and finally a few extra blankets would have been nice as well. We don’t really hold that against it and would absolutely rent it again. If you plan to rent be sure to consider Ko Olina is away from many activities and “the action” which was our preference but you will need to allow time to get to locations if you sign up for excursions.

We really enjoyed our vacation here. It was mine and my wife’s 2nd time staying at this resort and my parents and sister & brother in-laws first time. The unit was clean and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Appliances are top rated Wolfe Appliances which all worked very well. The parking stall is far from the unit but we would just drop our things off at the elevator closest to our unit in the underground parkade, then parked and walked back so it was no big deal. Everything you would need was there. There are 4 cheaper beach chairs, 2 of which are in rough shape. Ideally some beach chairs like Tommy Bahamas would be better to have but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Some floaties to use at the ocean as well as a beach umbrella. It seemed the pans took a long time to heat up, possibly because they weren’t induction pans for the induction range. If you notice the over isn’t heating up fast enough, door isn’t closing it’s because the rack isn’t pushed in all the way and you just need to push it in. Liquid laundry detergent was supplied which lasted us 9 days which was great. There wasn’t any dishwashing powder supplied (the container was empty) but after contacting the property manager they had some for us that day. We brought dishwasher pods but we found they weren’t washing well. After looking up the manual online, we found the manual states only to use powder dishwasher detergent, not liquid or pods. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Quiet lap pool is warm and relaxing as well as the hot tub. Gym is very nice and has a majority of the equipment you would need for a vacation gym. Definitely recommend walking over to the Disney Alauni Resort for a Shave Ice. Only $5.00-$7.50 which was much cheaper than other places on the island and very very good! The lagoons are beauty and is a perfect place for kids (no waves & sharks cannot get in). This lagoon is

Dispite a few minor aesthetic issues the location is ideal. The grounds are impeccable. Pretty much a private lagoon and beautiful walking paths to other lagoons. The unit itself does need some TLC. A cabinet door above the refrigerator was off the hinge and laying in the cabinet. Along the walls in the dining area there were 3 narrow tables up against the wall with no purpose making it maneuver in the area. The oven door does not securely close making heating time longer. The master bedroom closet light was missing bulbs and very dark. As stated, minor issues. The bedrooms are nice and beds comfortable, large balcony doors for indoor/outdoor living, clean, great layout.

This was our second consecutive year to stay here and it’s been amazing both times! The property and unit are amazing and everything is top notch! The entire process from booking through checkout was painless and everyone was very responsive and helpful. They even helped coordinate an Instacart order so the refrigerator was stocked when we arrived!
This is quickly becoming our favorite vacation destination and we’ll definitely be back again!

Second trip to this complex. Absolutely stunning property with a selection of pools, spas and and gorgeous uncrowded lagoon. Beautiful spacious condo with glass doors opening to the deck (with a view). It had everything we needed and more- beach equipment and towels, etc. Would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful time. We loved Ko’Olina. The outside grounds and pools were beautifully maintained. Everyone was more than attentive and friendly. The only thing I can’t give 5 stars to is the overall cleanliness of our unit. It was dusty. The pots and pans needed to be washed one pan was burned on to the point of throwing it away. Cluttered with owner’s belongings. Remotes missing batteries. That being said we loved the location and would still recommend. I also believe that those few complaints may have been overlooked because previous vacationers may have failed to mention

We spent a few very wonderful days in a beautiful environment. We didn’t miss nothing. The Appartement has everything you need to make your stay to a relaxing vacation.
It’s a very good place to discover Oahu but still close to Honolulu. You definitely need a car but the appartment has a parking space included into the rental fee.
There had been two pools kept in very good shape - on top only a few foot steps to the Ocean with a wonderful lagoon.
All six of us enjoyed our time very much and can only highly recommend the Beach Villas.
