This 7th floor unit is a luxuriously appointed fully remodeled oceanfront property (hotel zoned) located in the sought after Lanai building at the Mahana at Kaanapali. This 1BR/1BA unit (1000 sq. feet including lanai) has spectacular ocean views from everywhere, including the king size bed! Enjoy central AC, two TV's, full kitchen, washer/dryer, an oceanfront pool and spa, free parking, but never any resort or parking fees.
Our Lanai building is desirable because the roof replacement project is completed as of Oct. 2024. The Molokai building's roof will be replaced in 2025, meaning occasional disruption of water and AC's. Note this entire complex is "hotel zoned" and always available for short-term rentals.
Fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves, for the best sleep of your life. The comfortable king bed has new pillows and crisp cotton percale luxury sheets. The views are ever-changing and always magnificent from the floor to ceiling windows. Relax out on the lanai, on the chaise lounge or dining table, with morning coffee or happy hour cocktails, enjoying the sweeping views of the blue Pacific and the nearby islands of Molokai and Lanai. See turtles, dolphins, and whales in season. There's a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, so this unit will comfortably sleep up to 4 adults.
You are renting directly from us the owners. We personally manage our condo with wonderful on-island staff should any need arise. There are NO hidden fees, resort fees, booking fees, management fees or parking fees .
The pool, spa, and beach are right downstairs. You can play tennis, pickleball, or shuffleboard. There are two BBQ areas with multiple grills available.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig single cup or carafe coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, French press, waffle iron, electric hand mixer, toaster, and full spice rack. You'll find plenty of supplies for your stay (NOT just a "starter kit") including soaps, shampoo, foil, plastic wrap, zip-loc bags, laundry soap, paper products, and enough coffee pods for your first few days. You can choose to dine out, or cook at the condo...you'll find everything you need. Grill some fresh catch downstairs or get take-out, and dine on your own private lanai. Dramatic sunsets and the islands of Lanai and Molokai will be in full view...you won't find a better table at any restaurant!
We have a new 55" Smart TV to log in and stream your favorite shows or watch cable. There's a DVD player, a TV in the bedroom, two large ceiling fans, new washer/dryer, an iron and ironing board, and many other extras to make your stay comfortable. You'll find beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and 2 coolers, and guest binder with a personally curated/frequently updated list of nearby restaurants, shops and nearby businesses. This binder will also have full instructions for all the amenities, including TV instructions. Be sure to visit the Maui Concierge Services desk downstairs in the lobby, to conveniently book activities and tours during your stay.

We travel frequently and stay at many different properties. We can honestly say that this property is by far and away the tops in every category. The communication from the owner is nearly immediate every time we reached out. Once you arrive you will be amazed at the large windows that overlook the ocean. We spent hours in the comfortable chairs by the windows watching the ocean waves, islands in the distant and sea turtles. The condo is the best equipped unit we’ve ever stayed in. They have thought of nearly everything. The property has an awesome pool that also overlooks the ocean and we spent a few hours playing pickleball. If we go back to Maui this will be the property we stay in.

This place truly beautiful from the sunrise to the sunsets and the floor to ceiling windows truly makes you feel you are in the ocean. This place has everything you need and more. From lawn chairs, to beach umbrellas to coolers to even snorkelling gear! Not only that you are steps away from the beach! Crystal was also a great host and responded promptly! We had the VERY good fortune of booking this listing last minute and we were both blown away by the cleanliness, completeness and true hosting that we were met with. Many vacation rentals feel impersonal and have lost the "local touch". NOT THIS ONE! From the moment you book the communication and recommendations are what I would expect from a 5 star property, and this is exactly that!

This was the perfect condo for a perfect vacation! The floor to ceiling windows were incredible. We could hear the ocean waves every night as we slept. During the day, it’s like the whales were performing a show just for us. We saw them completely breach and come fully out of the water. Better than any whale watching tour we’ve ever been on. And, we saw several sea turtles! So many great conveniences were provided including coolers, a snorkel set with mask, beach umbrella, beach chairs, kitchen essentials such as sandwich bags, plastic wrap, containers of all types, spices, etc. All of those things came in VERY handy! We definitely want to book another vacation in this condo!

This property is an absolute gem ! Crystal and Jim have taken such care and attention to detail in their condo . The kitchen has everything you need, spices, ice maker, utensils, all spot on . They have included shampoo and conditioner to the bathroom. Washer and dryer with detergent and softener. The view! Oh the view! So perfect! All the furnishings were comfortable and we really did not want to leave !

We looked online at this condo and fell in love right away with the 2 white leather chairs in front of the floor to ceiling windows for viewing the entire ocean and 2 islands. This unit is filled with Hawaiian decor, is pristine in cleanliness and has every comfort of home for your enjoyment. Even a beautiful work desk that moves up and down for comfort; who even thinks of those things! We stayed for 6 weeks and loved this unit so much that we booked 4 more weeks next year; this will always be our home away from home. The owners are available 24/7 with any problem or question you may have and absolutely get back to you within minutes. And did I mention the views from this condo? Spectacular. Mahalo Crystal and Jim for the supply of coffee and chocolates and allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

Crystal and Jim were wonderful hosts. They were easy to communicate with and provided a lot of great information about the condo and things to do in the area. When we arrived the self check-in system was easy and seamless. The complex is in a great location and the condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The view is absolutely amazing from any where in the condo (living room, kitchen, bedroom, and the balcony). My husband and I sat on the balcony every morning and whale watched while enjoying our morning coffee. What a bonus!
Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Maui!

This is where you want to stay! The condo is perfect for a Maui getaway! Views from this condo had us watching whales, dolphins, sea turtles and surfers. In a great location close to restaurants (dinners at the food trucks was great! We recommend the Thai truck!), grocery store across the street and the sandy beach was right outside. This place is a gem! We will definitely be back if in Maui again!!

The condo has everything you can possibly need for your stay. It is very clean and we will always pick this place when we come to Maui . The host is always available for any questions you have. The view from the condo is absolutely stunning. One morning we were sitting having coffee on the lanai and we got to see the most amazing Whale show. We have never seen anything like it , mother and calf made a full breach several times about 150 yards out . Looking forward to our next visit.

Listening to the sound of ocean waves from bed was a must and my expectations were exceeded. The condo is well stocked for your stay and anything else you need is not far away with a great grocery across the street. Every day we watched sea turtles hanging out in the rocks directly beneath the lanai. Parking was not an issue and we felt safe throughout our stay. The condo owners were very quick to respond with recommendations and answers to questions. I also appreciated how clean every aspect of the condo was, from shower to bedding. This condo was a great find!
