If you don't need an oceanfront property, this is the place to stay in Poipu. Very close to the beach. Complex is new and very well kept, the condo is basically new and very spacious. They have thoughtfully put everything you would need while you're there. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Unfortunately the A/C unit went down when we arrived. The property management did their best to remedy the situation including bringing in 2 portable units. These things happen and everyone did their best to remedy the situation which I truly appreciated. The unit and property were great regarding location, amenities etc. Don't hesitate to book this property. You will enjoy it!

We had a great stay and were able to relax in a nice area. The unit was clean and was just as described in the listing. There was an issue with the lock on the door but we were informed ahead of time so there was no problem once we arrived. We enjoyed having the A/C after spending days at the beach and the beds were very comfortable.

A very clean unit and just what we needed and wanted. The unit is by the road which you can’t see in the picture but that was not too much of a distraction for us. Didn’t bother ur sleep. Plenty of chickens. Highly recommend this unit.

This unit is in a complex with a nice pool. Great location and very comfortable condo. Dishes and glasses are well stocked. Worth noting is there are only two beds in the unit. For the condo to “sleep 6,” two people would have to sleep on the pull out couch in the living room

We were a little skeptical because this property did not have any reviews before we booked it, the management company told me it was because it had previously been a long term rental. I am so glad we decided to give it a try! The pictures are exactly what you will see when you walk in. We had 4 people staying here and the space was perfect, my husband and I along with our 2 teenage sons. I am not sure where 2 other people would have slept, I believe this is listed as: sleeps 6. The pillows could have been better, but I am not sure any pillows are as good as what anyone has at home!
The kitchen was nice with a variety of cooking utensils and appliances (including an Instant Pot!). The patio in the back was probably the only let down, the furniture was a little weathered and the cement was often covered with chicken/rooster droppings. But I am not sure how anyone could stay on top of that! This condo was in a convenient location and within walking distance (.5+ miles) to restaurants and some shopping. We had one small issue while we were there, the management company was quick to respond and take care of the matter.
