The air conditioner makes a loud cracking noise when it changes modes, and running it 24 hours a day barely keeps the room at a reasonable temperature. The noise is bad enough to wake you from your sleep, and it happens every 15 minutes or so. They probably think they're saving money by not replacing it, but running it 24 hours a day must've used a lot of electricity. It's a window unit, and those cost less than the rental fees for a few nights.
The internet is very fast. The building is ok, but the hallway leading to the room smells. The entry code they gave me was wrong, and I had to call in to get a working code. The room looks clean, but your feet turn black if you walk barefoot. The restaurant on the ground level is pleasant. The pool is nice. The balcony view of the ocean is pretty considering how far you are from the beach. The vynil/plastic bathtub is cracked. The bedroom floor was poorly installed and will come apart if you're not careful.

great apartment,only downside was the air conditioner which was noisy and didnt really cool the room,it needs replacing,otherwise perfect place for a 30 day stay
