Vendors sometimes enter the lanai.(8am to 4pm) Please close the door and windows if they are working at your unit.
Lanai is common area for this condo. This is out of our control, if you have any questions please ask Building's security during your stay.
The pool will reopen daily at 3pm to 10pm Monday through Friday and will be open all day on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 10pm

Royal Kuhio Occupancy Term and Conditions
Guest(s) must abide by the condominium HOUSE RULES and any violation by Guest(s) or their invitees are the sole responsibility of the Guest. A copy of the House Rules is located in the unit.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building, including in the room and veranda. Violation of this rule is subject to fines and special cleaning if violated.
Pets (other than service animals) are not allowed in the unit. Please remove outdoor footwear while in the unit, to avoid incurring extra cleaning.
Please use curtain rod or pull when opening curtains, to prevent damage to equipment.
Please close lanai doors before exiting unit, to prevent wind from damaging unit items and negative pressure from building up in the unit, which will make it difficult to open and close doors.
For After Hours emergencies, defined as stoppage of the plumbing drain system, a water leak that requires shut off of the main water service to the residence to prevent serious damage to the building or furnishings, and complete loss of electricity, please contact Security in the Lobby. NOTE: Lack of air conditioning service is NOT an emergency. In case of medical, fire or police emergencies, please call 911.
Check-Out Time is 10AM. Late check-out is not permitted without advance approval, and may be subject to extra charges.
Check-Out Procedure: Please leave keys on the dining table and lock unit door on the way out. There is a $150 charge for each unreturned security keys (silver oblong key) and a $150 for unreturned room keys.
