Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Big appartment, very quiet spot (except for roosters!). King size bed and double size sofa-bed. No AC but the fans do the job. Full nice kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and air dryer functioned well.

this unit is in a great location in a beautiful area, but the unit itself is a little beat up and definitely needs updating

Property was clean, well located, and accurately described. We loved having a balcony off the bedroom and Lanai off the dining area along with the comfortable breeze generated between the two.

Comfortable and clean, on-site management personnel were very welcoming and helpful. The only disappointment was the additional daily charge for parking. This is not an area where you would need to restrict parking to vehicles not staying onsite.

The place was very old and need some TLC blender did not work toaster did not work coffee pot did not work lots of other miscellaneous things like the TV and remote controls have issues the outside furniture is very old and rusty I felt like the price that we paid for this place we should’ve had more moderate facilities and more moderate appliances if you’re down and out I would recommend this place… Sorry for the complaint although the convenience was the location location

From the courtesy of the Hospitality and Reception Ohana, the Cliffs has outdone itself on all accounts- 1206 is a beautifully comfortable unit with lush green birdsong on one lanai, mountain views from the other- Everything one could hope to have in a Resort that feels like Home.
I am a 35 year resident of Kauai, and felt like a dream to enjoy each high end and accessible ( yet welcoming and oh that pool/ hot tub? Yes.) Feature.
