The Pili Mai community is scenically situated alongside the Kiahuna Golf Course, a quick stroll from Poipu Shopping Village (where you'll find live Hula dancing and Hawaiian music every Monday and Thursday night) and beautiful Kiahuna Beach. On the grounds are a number of wonderful amenities - a large family swimming pool, a semi-private spa, a private recreational village, a gathering pavilion, a barbecue pit, and lush landscaping at every turn.
This beautiful townhome boasts 1,443 square feet of living space spread out across two levels, with modern essentials including central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a new washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and there's generous space to dine at the island breakfast bar for three and the full dining table for six. The shaded lanai just outside is a lovely place to bring coffee, dessert, or a glass of wine at sunset.
When you're getting ready to walk to the beach each morning, be sure to grab the provided essentials - two bikes, beach chairs, and a cooler. Upon your return, you can relax amid comfortable new furnishings and a 55-inch smart TV in the living room.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good views, clean and without pretense. Streaming only on the TV if that matters. It did not to me. Would book again in a heart beat

Within a mile of the beach, shops and restaurants. 10 miles from Lihue Airport. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Very good location, clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen often, breakfast and dinner most days. A few extra lids for pots and pans would have been helpful. We did miss a table on the porch, we would haves used it. Easy check in and check out process. We would consider staying again! Thank you!

We loved that this townhome was walkable to shops and restaurants! It was a perfect home base while exploring the south! Home was roomy, clean and stocked with everything you will need! We absolutely loved our time in Kauai!

We enjoyed our stay very much. A few things were missing to make our stay perfect but when we asked for things we were delivered what was needed. Very clean. Pool was lovely. Open and spacious. Wish the bikes didn't have flat tires and the ourdoor patio furniture was more comfortable. Other than that, beautiful place.

This condo was perfect for our family at a fair price. Close to the beaches, eateries, shopping and a beautiful pool and spa area. I would certainly recommend it and stay there again. The unit could use some sprucing up with a complete paint job inside.

Everything is clean. Bathrooms clean, kitchen clean, bedrooms clean. A lot of space, comfort. Big kitchen, big bedrooms. Swimming pool and hot pool, 2 mins walk. Barbecue clean.

We had a nice stay at this condo. It is clean, quiet, and nicely furnished. The master bed was comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and the master bedroom/bath and a 1/2 bath downstairs. They have multiple streaming sites available on the TV to use. All items were in good condition! They provided a drying rack in the closet for bathing suits and starter soaps, TP, laundry and dishwashing detergent, and garbage bags which was nice. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The parking outside of the garage was handy. They had 6 beach chairs and 2 bikes in the garage. We bought 2 beach umbrellas at Costco and left them there for the next renters.
Items to improve: 1) update the listing to indicate 2 1/2 baths instead of 3 baths 2) provide additional seating in the family room to accommodate more people 3) provide 1-2 additional blankets for tenant use 4) property management being more informed as they just provide information that is on their paper which is not always accurate (e.g., they indicated there was no iron, but there was; they indicated there were only 2, then 4 beach chairs, but there were 6, etc.) & local management didn't communicate with us at all including when we wanted to purchase needed items at Costco before checking in on the first day or communicating the resolution for the lack of boogie boards 5) provide a few more helpful items (e.g., beach umbrellas, foil/plastic wrap, games, sand toys).
