This is a dream spot for either a short vacation or a longer extended stay. The Watermark is well located on a quiet/safe section of Ala Wai Blvd, a three minute walk from a grocery store, post office, ride share, and bus…only 15 minutes away from the Ala Moana shopping center. The Watermark has resort style amenities and is staffed 24/7 with friendly people.
My wife and I rented for three months as our 2023 winter getaway. The unit is modern and very clean with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well appointed and includes all of the kitchen utensils and gadgets you’ll need. Situated on the 35th floor you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the ocean/marina from the lanai with unforgettable sunsets. After a couple weeks we were so comfortable we actually felt like we were living in our own home.
Our property manager Brent was also the best. There were a couple of times that we either had a question or issue and his response was always prompt. We honestly had no complaints about the unit or the property manager.

The apartment is great and has an amazing view. It is equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your vacation. The pool/garden area is in my opinion what will make your stay really special, in a big city like Honolulu having such a peaceful environment is very unique.
The staffs working in the building do an amazing job and are always ready to help.
Will definitely stay here if I come back again.

Staying at the watermark as a long term rental was the best decision I had made. The location of the property was amazing and the cleanliness was second to none! It has all the facilities you would need for a long term stay and I would highly recommend this place. Also the property managers were so easy and nice to deal with!

Wonderful view of marina and Ala Moana Beach Park from an upper floor. Excellent location, near beaches and mall. Well maintained condo with lots of space to spread out and hang out on the terrace too. Secure building with parking and a nice pool and exercise room. Some nice landscaping provides a feeling of privacy on the street level. We enjoyed our stay.
