This Maui Ocean Front two-bedroom condo is just steps from the beach and has A/C units in each room to keep you cool on those warm Maui afternoons. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and eating out on your own private lanai. The open living area offers a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping with plenty of space to relax after a long day at the pool and beach. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in the master bedroom that features a king bed with a full ocean view and private access to the lanai. The attached master bathroom has a large mirror, vanity, walk-in shower, and a full size stackable washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed with large closet offering beach and ocean necessities. The second bathroom has a vanity with a large mirror, nice lighting, and a walk-in shower. All this just a few steps from the ocean.
The property offers a solar heated pool with two BBQ areas for outdoor grilling located on beautifully landscaped tropical oceanfront grounds. The rooftop BBQ and dining area provides stunning views of the Ocean, Haleakala, the West Maui Mountains, Molokini, Kahoolawe, and Lanai. It is an ideal place to watch for whales in the winter and relax and enjoy Maui's breathtaking sunsets. Onsite is the authentic Indian restaurant - Monsoon India - with a full bar and spectacular views.
Settled right next to the restaurant is the heated pool and another set of BBQ grills, all oceanside and behind the pool on the perfectly manicured grounds are the shuffleboard courts. Just steps away is Kalepolepo Beach Park home of the Historic 16th century Royal Fish Pond of Kalepolepo. The fish pond is the perfect place to play and snorkel, or sit and relax on the beach observing outriggers canoes and paddlers entering the sea. The pond is the home to many sea turtles who like to relax in the sun on the beach. On the other side of the complex is Keaka Beach with just a 5 minute beach walk to public tennis courts and the other beaches of Kihei.
The complex is a 15 minute drive from the Airport and major shopping including Costco, Walmart and Target. And is just minutes away from the local shopping and dining areas of Kihei. We first visited Kihei on the island of Maui 20 years ago and fell in love with the stunning sunset ocean views, variety of restaurants, shops and the close proximity to the most amazing beaches on the island. Condo was perfect central location with easy commutes to all of Maui’s sights. Especially enjoyed the uncrowded beach. The condo was perfect for our needs everything needed clean and comfortable. Added bonus was restaurant and bar on property. Would definitely book again .

We loved it! Location was perfect, beach access was top tier and the condo has everything you could possibly need/want. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was just what we needed. Jenn was a pleasure to deal with. So many great restaurants near by. We had the best time.

It was our first visit to Maui. We knew we were going to be doing it all while we were visiting. This was an excellent location for that. We were able to get to all the different spots on the island from this location. It was great to come back after an adventurous day and enjoy the pool, beach, or just sitting on the lanai. My youngest son explored snorkeling for the first time in the little fish pond off the property. We also saw sea turtles in that area!
The property was equipped with everything!! After almost a 24 hr day of travel, it was so nice to arrive with everything available. The beach amenities were great on our beach days. The washer and dryer was used daily after a day of hiking or day at the beach! I highly recommend this condo!

The condo was so comfortable, was stocked with everything we needed, and the host was responsive to all our communications. The only thing in the unit that was a bit difficult was the sliding doors to the lanai. We spent a lot of time out there and they could have been easier to open and close. And unfortunately, with the unit being close to the street, traffic noise often interfered with us hearing the ocean.

Great home base for my family to explore Maui. Beautiful view from the balcony. Condo was well stocked with everything you could need. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, many beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and sand toys. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

We took our first family trip with our 5 month old son and my parents. We stayed in the apartment for three weeks and had the most wonderful time. The place is very comfortable and the amenities are great with kids. The AC units work perfectly. The lanai and view were amazing. The location in Kihei was perfect for us as well! The host was super responsive to any questions we had as well. We are sad to say goodbye to this place and hope to be back! We will cherish the memories we made here with our baby :) Mahalo!

Our stay was very nice. Unit was very clean, great view and overall a very nice place with no issues at all. We have been to Maui 5 times now and this place was as nice as any we have been to.Would absolutley recommend this place and would stay again.

Really enjoyed staying at this property - it had everything we needed and more! The view was great; the location was central to everything (a rental car needed); the condo was well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. The owner was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating for our stay! Would definitely stay here again if I return to Maui.

Loved the condo and its location.
Saw a lot of Humpback whales. Survived the road to Hana. Visited the island of Lanai. Drove up Haleakala. Got in a round of golf at Maui Nui GC.
Had some really good meals. Especially at Mama’s Fish House. Only missed snorkeling due to high winds. Sad about Lahaina. Hope it comes back the way the Islanders want it. Mahalo Nui.
