Our unit is a privately owned hotel room located in the Kauai Beach Resort and Spa.

The Kauai Beach Resort and Spa is a beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style resort located on 25 acres of lush Garden Isle, centrally located between Kauai’s south and north shores, making it perfect for your island adventures. Only minutes from the airport, Costco, Walmart and Shopping. You will drive thru a tree canopy lined drive that leads to the resort. Several acres of beach front property to enjoy and explore. On property there are four swimming pools, complete with waterfalls, a poolside cabana bar and grill, two Jacuzzis, fitness center and day spa. Paradise will be your backyard!
KAUAI RESORT AMENITIES
• 4 swimming pools, including 2 lagoon pools, 75-ft lava tube slide, & kid-friendly sand bottom pool.
• Two whirlpool spas, one amidst a stone grotto and surrounded by lush ferns and an exotic waterfall.
• Three restaurants on site.
• "Take-Out" service available from the restaurants for guests until 11 PM.
• Poolside Driftwood Bar and Grill
• Free Wi-Fi access in lobby, restaurants, and the pool areas.
• Hawaiian Rainforest Boutique Spa offering sauna, spa treatments, massages ect.
• Activities and tour desk.
• Guest laundry (coin operated located in building #1)
• Enterprise car rental agency on-site..
• ATM, ice machines, purified water machines and vending machines.
• Fitness room
• Business center with computer.
• Fridge for your food, soda, wine, etc.
• In room, blow dryer and ironing board.
• There is a coffee maker in the room. (please bring the coffee and supplies you will need for the length of your stay) We will provide a starter pack for you.
There is also a Starbucks on site.
• 4 sets of bath and hand towels will be in the unit
4 Pool towels for use at the resort. There is a $20.00 charge for each missing towel.
PARKING
• $35 / day parking fee paid directly to Kauai Beach Resort at check-in.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Check in procedure:
Simply check in at the front desk with your name and booking info.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
• Please note that daily maid service is not included when renting direct through VRBO. The cleaning fee included in your payment to VRBO covers cleaning/re-stocking the room after your stay.
If you would like a mid-stay cleaning (maid service) for your room it is $65 each cleaning.
As Private Unit guest you have full access to the pools, whirlpool spas, the grounds, the beach, the business center, the restaurants, the lounge, the poolside bar, live music, the fitness room, coin laundry access and the Hawaiian Rainforest Spa.
By renting via VRBO you avoid paying the $25 per day resort fee charged by Kauai Beach Resort. However, the Hawaiian Cultural classes, which include classes like Hula and Lei Making are not included as part of your stay.

The unit and grounds were lovely, with hot tubs, pools, and secluded beaches. The room was very comfortable and it’s patio had a nice view of the pool areas.
The listing did not include the $35/day parking fee information.

We enjoyed our stay but our wrist band would not work at the parking lot. We tried 3 different times. Last morning the smoke detector woke us up.

Let me start off by saying the pool and ocean are beautiful, but the room was sub par. Our bathroom had ants crawling on the counter the entire stay. We had to put out toothbrushes in plastic bags when not using them. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. Be mindful of the bar and restaurants on property they charge 18% gratuity and don’t tell you. We won’t be coming back

Overall very good experience. The property was beautiful, the booking was easy and very timely for responses. The staff at the resort was unfortunately rude however, the overall experience was still good.

We enjoyed our stay, room & resort were nice! Parking is oversold some nights and you have to get creative. Lots of remodeling with noise going on during our stay! Across the hall to the left, right and above us but just our luck!

We loved our time here! The room was great. The location is on the ground floor and has a beautiful lanai which is approximately 15 steps to the gorgeous pool area. It couldn't have been more perfect. We spent our mornings sipping coffee and watching all the birds while enjoying the sound of the waterfalls at the pool. The grounds are immaculately groomed and this place is a delight to the senses. We will definitely rent again if we have the opportunity to come back to Kauai. Thank you for the great experience. It was a pleasure!

This place is more like a resort than a hotel. Beautiful grounds, multiple pools, great food and entertainment. Its literally a couple minutes from the airport but you really dont get alot of plane noise. The staff is super friendly and always available. The room is a typical hotel room. Its clean has an oversized dorm style fridge which was nice. If you are doing Kauai right this is all you need, a comfy bed after being outside all day. This room was almost half whatbthe hotel charges so i would call this a bargain!!

Ground floor walk out was very nice. The building is not new but well kept. Comfy beds and nice pool and hot tub. Even had some on property entertainment.
