Villa #35 features an open-concept floor plan with a bright island feel, air-conditioning covers the living and dining areas, a comfortable living space, and a well-equipped kitchen. An upstairs primary suite features a king bed, split air-conditioning system and a private lanai, while a downstairs primary suite features a king bed, split air-conditioning system, has a seating area, patio access, and a soaking tub. A third bedroom also has its own full bathroom with twin beds.

Wake to the sounds of tropical birds and enjoy your morning coffee in one of the peaceful outside seating areas. The lush landscaping surrounding the condo will make you think you've escaped to another world! The Villas of Kamalii grounds also include a community pool, hot tub, and barbecue grill for guest convenience.

Ideally located in Princeville on the north side of Kauai, offers convenient access to Pu'u Poa Beach at the St. Regis Princeville Resort, Hideaways Beach, the Queen's Bath tide pools, and the Princeville Makai Golf Club. Both Princeville Center and the quaint town of Hanalei provide shopping and dining options close by.

Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.

Parking Policy:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, please adhere to the following parking guidelines:

- Assigned Parking: Each unit includes one garage space and one numbered outside parking space. The garage must be used for your primary vehicle, and the second vehicle (if applicable) must use the assigned outside space.

- Guest Parking: Overnight guest parking is allowed in designated guest stalls for up to 12 hours per day or 3 consecutive days. For longer stays, prior approval from the Site Manager is required.

- Vehicle Restrictions: Oversized vehicles, motorcycles, or motor scooters may not be accommodated. Vehicles must fit in the garage with the door closed.

- Driveway Use: Driveways may only be used for 30 minutes while loading/unloading or washing vehicles (detergent soap is prohibited).

- No Street Parking: Parking along main roadways or in undesignated areas is not permitted.

- Compliance: Violations may result in fines or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
