Such a lovely spot! The fresh breeze blowing through the home was so relaxing and the sound of the ocean waves right out your door is beautiful. Clean home and comfortable furniture. Great location for exploring other parts of the island :)

Be sure and REQUEST a king bed, don’t assume . The stairs could be an issue for some. Management was very quick to handle (the minor) issues we had. Great wind thru the unit, beautiful view. Baaaad traffic in Kappa, beware.

We visited Kauai last year so had a general idea of where we wanted to stay. This location is about 10 mins drive from the airport and within easy reach to explore whole Island! The Apartment itself was perfect! A huge porch facing the sunrise with whales breaching right offshore. Lovely breezes and right in the middle of some gorgeous unspoiled beaches. Quiet area except for the roosters the office staff were helpful and courteous! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Good value!

We loved this place. It was close to the airport. There were plenty of restaurants within driving distance that were awesome! The view of the ocean was beautiful. The place had everything we needed.

Conveniently located, everything you need and beautiful views.
There are a lot of chickens here - if you are a light sleeper or bothered by noise, you may want to bring ear plugs. You will start hearing the roosters begin their “good morning” around 2am.
Look forward to our Kauai return and all the island has to offer.

The one bedroom apartment is in a resort like complex with nice flowers and greeneries. It’s beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed the light color flowing decorative. The bed is big and comfortable! The bedroom is a little too warm. Two sheets is okey. Take the blanket off from the middle.. the kitchen has all one needs except plastic wraps. One middle sized glass bow is missing. The hairdryer in the bathroom was sticky that I have to clean it with wet paper towels. The bedroom is small. One of the luggage racks had a broken bottom beam. The beach is nice. The green lawn in front of the building is beautiful and nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great place, very clean and comfortable, well decorated. Great central location if you are planning to rent a car and take day trips from there. Property is well managed. We had an issue with the WiFi and they solved it very quickly.
