Maui Vista #1-416 is a spacious 2 Bd 2 Bath unit with a beautiful full ocean view. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, washer & dryer, and window unit air conditioning in the living room and primary bedroom with 6-hour timers for energy efficiency, and a portable A/C unit in the second bedroom. The primary bathroom features a tub/shower combo and the second bathroom has a shower. The living room provides a sofa bed, a television and a dvd player. This condo is located in the front of the complex where you can enjoy beautiful views of the ocean right from your lanai. If you are ready to head to the ocean, popular Charley Young's Beach is right across the street, and Kamaole Beach I is also a very short walk from your complex. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. Maui Vista #1-416 is fully furnished and can sleep up to 6 guests.

Maui Vista is a lovely condo complex (not hotel) located across the street from the famous Kamaole Beach and is 100 yards from Charley Young's Beach. Enjoy miles of sandy beach, snorkeling, surfing and stand-up paddle boarding a short walk away. These beaches have lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms.
The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site swimming pools, 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, with 3 newly striped pickle ball courts, and gas grills for your use. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, activities, and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.
**Important Notice: A nearby hotel will be under expansion/construction beginning March 2022 and is expected to be completed by April 2024. Construction-related noise may occur during this time frame and may be heard in certain areas of this complex. Work will take place Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Very satisfied. The place very cleaned during the 5 days and 5 nights we stayed there, I didn’t see any cockroach or mice in the unit. Most importantly, the property is right by the beach, waking up in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony looking over the ocean and listening to the birds sing is very peaceful and serene. Most definitely recommended.

Easy walking distance to the water. Clean and functional condo. Loud if you like to keep the windows open. Noisy road sounds till late.
The microwave that’s build into the oven didn’t work but when notified I was brought a replacement.

Condo was relatively clean, however, some features are dated and even the updates are worn from high traffic. Amenities are well-stocked. Location is close to necessary stores. The beach is a block away. Biggest negative was having to exterminate a few cockroaches... May have been from a neighboring unit. Upon check out, you will be expected to take out the trash, leave no dirty dishes behind and sweep the floor. Not a resort, just an average stay for an everyday Joe.

Hello,
Just wanted to let you know that there were a couple issues:
1. the stove built in microwave:
There is no safety guard on the stove and it is very easy for it to turn on if someone leans on the stove. We found this out by mistake and the microwave was accidentally turned on and thankfully we were napping as the condo filled up with smoke
2. The fire alarm did not go off to alarm us that there was smoke. We reported this to security . No damage to the stove /microwave or condo. Security looked to confirm.
3. A guard should be placed as young children can easily press it and could be a disaster if the new renters leave to the beach unknowingly
4. One of the beach umbrellas does not work
Otherwise our stay was good. Just wanted to let you know about the safety concern with your stove and old non- functioning fire alarm

the overall condition of the rental was ok, obviously some quickly done renovations. It was very dusty, and obvious things like dirty prints on door jams, and cupboard doors, cleaners might need a talking to. Other than doing some of our own cleaning it was a great stay. The unit had all the beachy things you might need, and was quite comfortable. Would still recommend this unit, good price point too.Office was very helpful.
