The condo was exceptionally clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay here. However, the water pressure in the two bathrooms (including both showers), and kitchen was almost non-existent. It was difficult to clean dishes and take a shower. I had contacted the management regarding this issue before we arrived. They assured me it was taken care of. I consider taking a shower a very important issue and this problem should be resolved. Communication with the management was terrible.

Great place would stay again if the fridge and water pressure issue was fixed. Great property, very clean, swimming pools are great and very friendly staff. Love Maui and this area!!

The unit was extremely clean and spacious. Beautiful grounds. Only negative was the water pressure which often stopped working in the middle of our showers. We have 5 adults and could only use one shower at a time because of the water pressure. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. to use at the beach. We weren’t exactly within walking distance of a beach but found several we liked close by.

Great place but they had a known water problem issue that we were not notified in advance about (would have stayed elsewhere). For a few hours we had no water at all. Also there was a bug spray scheduled to come while we were there!

This unit is great. Very clean, recently renovated. A/C in each bedroom and living. Located on the south end of Kam 3 beach. The property is well maintained. Two pools for the kids. Big lanai off living room plus one off lower bedroom. Huge en-suite with massive shower and two sinks. Great location in Kihei. Would definately book again. Very enjoyable stay in Maui.

Great spot with the family. Took our 1 YO - enjoyed a short walk to sunsets and dinners on the beach and wine on the porch. They’ve even got some snorkeling gear and fins available with beach chairs for everyone. Strongly recommend
