Entry to the unit was simple and straightforward. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The air conditioner with the ceiling fans kept the entire condo cool for sleeping despite the warm weather while we were in Kona. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and organized upon our arrival. The in unit washer and dryer were very convenient. The location was incredible. We walked to shopping and restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I came to Kona after him being sent to work for a week in the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. (We live in the Seattle area). This condo was a perfect place for us to wind down and experience the slower pace of the Big Island. We enjoyed the screen-in patio for our morning coffee, looking out onto the beautifully maintained courtyard through the lovely big plant that you can see in the photo which gave us extra privacy. The condo has a full kitchen and special touches like beach towels and gear to use and a large washer and dryer. Oh and a hair dryer which was important to me since I was swimming every evening in the condo’s great pool. Downtown Kona is just a few minutes walk away. I highly recommend this unit.
There are a few stair steps so keep that in mind if you have some mobility impairment. It was no problem for me and I am retirement age.

Really lovely little place. Nice to be able to cook and wash clothes. Great pool - like a little oasis. About a 5 minute walk to the ocean. A lot more traffic than I expected but it is the BIG island. Thank you for your hospitality we would definitely stay again.

If you want to be walking distance to the pier, town, and Safeway, this is a good location. It was quiet and a good basic place to operate out of. The pool area is nice and was a good place to relax. I used the outside grill a couple of times, which was handy, as food is extremely expensive everywhere you go. The bed is a king size, a basic mattress on a steel frame, no box spring, a bit firm for me. The AC worked great in the main room but takes a bit of time to cool the bedroom off, as the unit is located in the far corner of the main room. They have beach chairs, beach towels and shopping bags; so well thought out as far as those little things that make things practical. The kitchen has all the basic things you need. The garden view is very private, with other units opposite the greenbelt, which made it quite even with the busy "Henry" street close by. It's a little dated, but overall, a good basic place to stay.
