We absolutely loved our condo. The pool area and all the grounds were so beautiful. The location is great. Easy walk into Kona for all the restaurants and shops. Our room was amazing. Everything was updated and very nice. Beautiful view of the ocean and you could even faintly hear the waves crashing.Super quiet and very peaceful.

We stayed here twice for several weeks each and enjoyed our stay both times. Its not far from town and a reasonable walk to restaurants and shops in south Kona. The condo is clean and tidy and has great facilities on site (pool, gym, etc.). Pool is about a 5 minute walk from the condo.

We had a pleasant time during our stay and would stay here again. Pros: Condo is nice, styled well, and in great condition. Condo was clean and included everything we needed. Condo is a reasonable walk to downtown Kona (about a mile, but it's very doable). We prefer the south end of Kona (where Huggos, Kai, etc. is, so the location worked well for us.). The pool and BBQ area is very nice and spacious. There's a decent gym although despite best intentions we never used it :). The property management company was easy to work with and made an early check in on our day of arrival possible with no extra cost to us. We arrived at 10am and normal check in is at 4pm so that was a nice bonus. Cons: Only minor stuff that didn't really detract from our stay. There were no published "house rules" and several other condos in this resort had grills so I didn't think twice about firing up a portable charcoal BBQ on the concrete patio. Strangely, less than an hour after lighting the grill I got a message through Vrbo that the HOA called and wanted to remind us charcoal grills are not allowed on patios. It was weird that we got the notification so quickly after firing up the grill for the first (and only) time. No big deal. We didn't plan on using this grill again (this was toward the end of our stay), but it would have been nice to include this rule in published house rules, which I would have read and followed and avoided this situation entirely. The only other minor distraction was finding the unit to begin with. The Vrbo listing doesn't make any mention of the name of the resort and the building number mentioned in the check in instructions can be confused between "L", "i", and "1" for building number. The unit is located on the other side of the parking lot and up the hill from the designated parking spaces which have an "X" in front of the space number that was not mentioned in the instructions.Minor distractions to an otherwise gr
