Rent a kayak and paddle out to view turtles and even humpback whales in the winter months. After working up an appetite, pop in and enjoy brunch oceanfront at the onsite restaurant before taking a much-deserved nap under the shade of the palm trees just steps away. Follow with an afternoon dip in the ocean including snorkeling just feet from turtles (stay a minimum of 10 feet away from the Honu) and tropical fish. If you wanted to end the night with a nice homemade dinner, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for the home chef to whip up a meal fit for King Kamehameha himself. All appliances, cookware, service wares, and dishes are provided.
As you ready for bed, there are 2 options for sleeping quarters. The primary suite is ocean-facing and is set up as an “open concept” studio with the living areas and king bed open to each other. In this space, you can lie in bed and watch the moonlight reflect off the ocean as you drift asleep. Or you can click on your favorite TV show and watch until your eyes get heavy. A full bathroom with large vanity and tiled shower is just opposite the bed. The guest room also has ocean and mountain views facing West and is situated just off the entry hall. It has its own en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and offers 2 twin beds that can be converted comfortably into a King bed upon prior request. Both rooms and the living space each have their own ductless AC units. There is dining inside at the breakfast bar and dining al fresco at the table with seating for 4 on the lanai.

Nothing compares to the Mana Kai and this room is one of our favorites! It was immaculate. You can tell care was involved in furnishing it intentionally. Management was quick to respond to questions and kind. The beach hairs and extra towels were handy. The only drawback is that if you were staying with four people you might want extra closet space but since we had the place to ourselves (just my husband and I), there was more than enough space between the two rooms.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Amazing proximity to the ocean. The pool was also great. We were able to rent body boards and 808 convenience store had plenty of drinks / food. Would definitely stay again.

We always stay at the Mana Kai because we love the location but almost always in different condos. This unit did not disappoint. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and we cook nearly every meal, and out teenage daughters loved the twin beds. We would stay here again.

We have been staying at the Mana Kai for 5 years, the location and amenities that they offer are hard to beat. Having the 808 Grocery downstairs along with on site rental for equipment makes it so convenient. The restaurant is under renovations and a much needed change. Unit 815 was well appointed with towels, kitchen supplies, clean and exactly as advertised. We unfortunately experienced AC issues that were mentioned in prior comments. It seems that the unit in the main room is not able to keep up. The bedroom unit worked great. All in all, highly recommend #815.
