Head just half a mile to the beautiful sands and blue waters at Disappearing Sands Beach. Pahoehoe Beach Park and Magic Sands Beach Park are just a bit farther south along the shore. Walk across the street from Royal Kahili and go paddleboarding. Or bring a beach chair and watch for local turtles feeding on seagrass. Visit the Kona Farmers Market for fresh produce and handmade souvenirs. Practice your golf swing at the picturesque Kona Country Club.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice pool and location. Exterior of condos a bit run down except amazing pool and garden. Hot tub was broken. Empty wooded lot with a couple of campers, a few chickens and a pig on it might be annoying to some, but didn't bother us.

Hello - I wanted to let you know that the adjoining homeless/drug dealing property is a complete disappointment that this condo’s lanai looks out on to. I would never choose to rent in this building ever again. I’m not convinced this actual condo gets rented on a regular basis as the last entry in the guest book is from May 22. Also from looking at the huge amount of bedding in bins I’m thinking this condo is just a depot for your cleaners. The pool area is beautiful but this condo unfortunately is not “ as advertised “. If I were the property managers I would remove it from the rental pool as it is a negative against your company. I’m usually very positive in my Vrbo reviews but won’t be this time. If one stayed in Building A close to the water it would be very lovely- the pool area is beautiful and close to Magic Sands Beach. Apparently owner is discussing the adjoining property with the county but until there are changes I would NOT recommend this condo building.
