Located in the tranquil Waikoloa Villas community, this three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasts lanai views of the ocean and the 9th hole of The Village Course. Spend sunny days between the beach and the on-site amenities which include heated pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, and a Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course.
Soaring 18-foot wood ceilings, picturesque windows, and a set of sliding glass doors detail the open-concept living area. After beach days, cozy up for movie nights on the smart TV. The sparkling new kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Home-cooked meals can be enjoyed at the six-person table or bar.
This condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite offers golf course views, a king bed, a TV, and lanai access. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the adjacent guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Open to the living area below, the third bedroom is a loft appointed with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. (The loft may receive natural morning light from the living area windows.)
The lanai is sure to wow with its sunset views over the 9th green of the fairway. You can even see the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean. Community amenities include two all-season pools (heated), one saltwater lap pool (heated), hot tubs, and poolside cabanas and grills. Enjoy free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are also provided in your rental. Unassigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come-first-served basis. This condo has a two-story layout. Elevators are not available. Walk to the Waikoloa Highlands Center for convenient shopping and dining. Visit a handful of incredible beaches within a 20-minute drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed early mornings on the lanai watching the golfers and birds. There were plenty of dishes and flatware to have our whole family over for a couple meals. Overall the condo was very comfortable and with the cross draft was surprisingly cool.

Our visit to the Big Island was great. The place was super. We had only one suggestion and that was to do a quick clean before new arrivals. It felt like the dust and floor grit was just because the place may have been empty for a while before we arrived. One other suggestion provide a swiffer or some floor mop for the patio. This condo was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. Clean and easy to check in. The perfect location to many beaches and golf. Golf at a discounted rate was wonderful. Able to walk to golf restaurant and club house.

We absolutely loved our time at Waikoloa Villas H202. The home was clean and spacious and had a nice Hawaiian vibe. It had all of the amenities that you could possibly want including beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, and even snorkel gear! The master bedroom is large and comfortable with a beautiful view and all three bathrooms have been nicely updated. It was just perfect for our family. We loved the open floor plan with views of the golf course, palm trees, and ocean. The complex itself is very well maintained and our kids loved the pool and BBQ areas. Don't miss the sunsets! We hope to be back soon! Aloha!

This unit is wonderful. Lanai is fantastic- roomy, lovely view of golf course and down to the coast. Super functional lay-out. Comfortable beds, roomy bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Very well stocked kitchen and beach supply closet. Stasha and her management team are very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!
