The location was great! We loved the view from our patio and the fact that we could walk across the street to the beach and the restaurant. Close to the Kona village shops too. Don't expect anything "fancy" but the place had everything we needed. The photos show an old tennis court, but it was recently resurfaced and lines for pickleball. The unit came with all the equipment, including snorkeling gear. We would stay there again.

The views were spectacular. Loved sitting on the lanai and watching all the activity on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location to enjoy the ocean view, and sunset, and put our toes in the sand. There is a great surfing spot just down the road(banyans) and a restaurant with amazing food and views right across the street. We fell in love with the lanai! Everything needed for the beach was provided and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this unit. The kids loved the pool too and the BBQ was used quite often.
Unit was right across the street from the beach. Super convenient and had all the amenities we needed.
The location is awesome! Condo is fantastic. You can watch all of the action and head over to the ocean as much as desired. Our favorite beach across the street. The management company was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. Thank you!!

Great location and nice property. Hiding the air conditioning from paying guests is pretty low though. It is advertised as having air. To put the picture over the thermostat to prevent others from using made us sleep with windows open and it is quite loud. The first 3 days were miserable at night until my youngest read in the guestbook that air was hidden.

We had a really great time. When we first arrived my husband was a little leery with no ac, but you don’t need one with the wonderful ocean breeze. It was great knowing we were coming back from a long day at the beach knowing we had a parking spot. Only one thing that I would change is the toilet seat in the second bathroom which is cracked in 2 places and we hated using it 😳

Great morning and afternoon views from lanai of Magic Sands beach. Great location. Some accommodations are dated and need updating. Toilet seats cracked and floors needed to be better cleaned prior to our arrival. We really didn’t use the condo for more than sleeping so it was fine. Could get a little lively down at Magic Sands late into the evening but that wasn’t too big of a deal. We enjoyed our stay.
