Clean, beaches close. The rental has everything you need, scuba gear, boogie board, beach chairs, umbrella, and even a sand brush and cooler.

Our trip to Maui was wonderful,
thanks to Don and Charles ( property manager ) They both were very informative and answered all our questions in a timely manner.The condo was very clean and has everything you needed has amazing views.The beach about a block away.Thanks Don we all loved your place ,we will definitely be back!!!

This property is VERY well cared for and extremely comfortable. The location is great and has a lot to offer! Everything was right at our fingertips and the unit itself was extremely quiet & peaceful. We were very impressed with the communications from the both property owner and the manager.
We would positively stay here again.

The condo had everything we needed, and a good AC system to help with the afternoon heat. It is nicely tucked out of the way. A ten-minute walk to the beach, and virtually no traffic noise. Don was very nice to deal with, and responded very quickly when we had questions. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful experience at this property during our Maui stay. The property is located in a quiet, residential complex and that being said, there are expectations to be quiet and mindful of other residents. We brought our own snorkel gear but the place was well stocked with beach chairs, towels, etc. The property was very clean and well taken care of. We would be delighted to stay here in our future Maui travels. Thanks Don!

This property has a lot of pros- incredibly clean; good cooking utensils (we cook on vacation) very close (walking distance ) to Napili Beach and the coastal trail. The view from the lanai / balcony is nice, you can see the ocean and close island.
The flip side is that you will be in a condo complex with rules. Strict parking requirements, and noise restrictions. Apparently sound carries well. Also, the laundry facilities has washers that didn’t work - but this is NOT the property owner’s issue. Signs - as of 2/25/2023 - notified residents of changes coming to the laundry area.
This is a great property for quiet people and a relaxing environment. Young children might be a noise challenge.

This is a lovely condo with all the amenities. It is not a resort but has a nice pool and is in close walking distance to the beach. It is top-notch quality. The bed was great. Nice appliances and furniture. Great kitchen and bath with supplies. You can see a portion of the ocean and sunset from the lanai. Don was our host and he knows what he is doing when it comes to vacation rentals. He provided us with all the information that we needed to function in the unit. It is in good working order and we’ll thought out. 10/10 from me.

It is difficult to find a placde as many are booked EARLY!. The host was attentive and welcoming. His manager was receptive and mostly communicative. IT would have been a step above to contact us two or three days before leaving with address and details, as less than 24 hours before departure, added extra stress to all that needed to be done before leaving. The location was okay. I say this because there were extra rules and extra pricing for an HOA. I might stay here again. First, I would look at alternatives. The size of the accomodation was good. The lanai was very small.

Pleasantly surprised with this recently updated one bedroom unit. Had everything we needed. It’s surprisingly quiet and us 4 adults had to be careful to keep our voices on mute to match mood of the neighborhood.

I really enjoyed staying at this cozy apartment. The view is amazing and the apartment clean and nice. Location is 15 minutes to the ocean.

Stayed here as a young single woman and felt very safe. The neighborhood is just a hop and skip from the water. Was able to walk to a nearby trail along the coast. You can tell the owner put lots of thoughts and details into the property. Would stay here again!
