Overall it was a great stay, the location was great and having an ability to use A/C is a must. Many places didn’t have it so this was amazing to say the least. First night there we had to turn the air conditioning on and it took a few hours to cool down. Bummer since we got in late. The front door had some issues sticking but property management were quick to help out even after hours. This place has multiple coolers there to use and everything imaginable for getting food ready, making drinks etc. Snorkel gear and beach items for lounging and exploring was great since many places charge for rentals. Had an amazing week and loved this slice of paradise!

Husband, myself, and 2 adult children loved our stay at SeaSpray. The condo was well equipped with all necessary kitchen items to make breakfast and pack lunches for the beach. Enjoyed having a closet full of beach gear, towels, sand chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, etc. We also spent several hours enjoying the beautiful pool area. (It is kind of hidden in the back entry of the building just south of us, so be sure to check it out!) The best was sitting on the balcony in the morning and evenings enjoying a beautiful breeze watching the surfers across the street! We also walked about 5 minutes to a wonderful little beach with great shore snorkeling. Highly recommend this place for the amenities and excellent location. It’s a short 10-15 minute drive to town for restaurants, Walmart, and Safeway for easy stock up.

Can't beat the amazing location, steps from Kahaluu Beach, amazing snorkelling and surfing. Enjoyed sunsets on the lanai and the kids loved the pool, thanks for a lovely stay!

The beds are awful! they have 30 year old mattress with awful foam on top. Your back will kill you for sleeping in them. Location is awesome. Lots to do around the area. They have a lot of snorkeling gear and other beach gear. kitchen works good. Pool is in neighbors complex, nice but easily missed. The apartment is very old. Not infant and young kid friendly. Hot water is either super hot or cold...
It is a nice place to stay, but it is older and has its issues.

This property is lovely. It’s right down the road from a beautiful snorkeling beach. We rented paddle boards from Kahaluu Bay Surf & Sea, who were amazing! The property had everything we needed and the AC worked great!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything you could ever need was included at the condo. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel stuff was all great to borrow to take to beaches. The beach across the street is within walking distance and we snorkeled there several days. Bring some water shoes as the beaches are rocky and sea critters like to hide in them so you don’t want to go barefoot! The trolley along Ali’i Drive had a stop near the condo and it will take you to the “downtown Kona” area where there’s plenty of shops and restaurants. The location of this condo is perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool area was nice to cool off and grill burgers at one night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to fix meals. Laundry was a bonus too! The beds are comfortable, and the room air conditioning works well to cool off the unit on warm days. Mostly, we had the screened doors open to let the ocean breezes in! Each unit has its own marked parking area so no worries about finding parking at night. It was easy to gain access to the unit by a touch pad. We liked that
there were no keys to worry about losing. All in all, a great vacation rental! We look forward to booking again.

This unit was as advertised. It had a nice view from the lanai, the unit was well stocked, and basically across the street from the beach. The pool was nice to eat dinner at in the evenings and watch the sunset. The unit was pretty central to shopping, beaches etc and also had the Kona trolley stop a few minutes walk down the road, which is a free trolley that goes up and down the main strip hourly. There were a few small issues with the unit when we arrived but the property manager was quick to respond and quick to correct it and make it right. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
