- ENFORCED QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM - 8 AM HST: No loud noise outside these hours. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with the residential area.
- PEST CONTROL: Pest control comes once per month. If the Pest Control Service appointment lands during your reservation, we will notify you in advance because the technician will need to enter your rental to service. Regular Pest Control services is very common on all the islands. Mahalo
- LATE CHECKOUTS: Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to a late checkout fee of $200.

We loved our stay in Kona and your home was a big reason why. Your home was clean, open, and welcoming. The space was amazing for gathering together to play games and talking story. The dining room was great for all sitting together and having a meal. We spent time in the pool reconnecting over drinks and we laughed and we cried.
Each room was clean. Each bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The kitchen was amazing. The layout of the home allowed us our own space and areas to hang out as a family. We loved it and hope to return again someday. I give 4.5 stars out of 5 stars and would love to stay again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. House was clean, kitchen was nice, and pool area was great. Lots of outside areas to hang out. Washer and dryer looked new.
There were minor maintenance issues such as the refrigerator ice maker/water didn’t work, batteries were missing for a remote, and a gazebo roof panel was laying next to the pool. There wasn’t enough TP and the grill gas ran out (the owner delivered a replacement, but we had to make do while trying to fix lunch), and we thought the main living area could have better furniture.

We had a wonderful time and the property was just as listed. We were in town for the Ironman World Championship so had a very busy schedule in town, but the house was perfectly accessible to everything, while being just removed enough to give a little break from day to day. Communication was easy and thorough, the house had all of the amenities we could ask for and ample space to relax, and the kids had the best time in the pool. Thank you so much, we would absolutely rent again!

Great space for our family of six young adult kids. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Location is great, very close to airport and town. Spacious living, dining, kitchen area with beautiful view.

Great location away from busy tourist spots. Easy drive to Kona and easy drive to the amazing beaches north of the airport. We were a group of 11, 3 families, and the house had plenty of space for us. Very clean home and refreshing pool. Arianna was great and very easy to get In touch with questions. Be aware that there are 2 other vacation rental units on the property above the garage. It was not an issue except for a sometimes full driveway and garbage cans. Overall a great place to stay and very quiet.
