Our 1 bedroom/1 bath unit is on an upper floor of a 16-floor building, so rest assured that the views are spectacular. The property is gated with 24-hour security including 2 elevators. Each unit comes with a parking spot (free). Enjoy our amenities such as a saltwater seaside pool, hot tub, recreation room, ping pong table, community BBQ gas grills, tennis/pickleball courts (with no resort fee).

Recently updated unit with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, sleek tiled floors throughout and tons of custom soft-close storage cabinets. With a Queen bed, Queen-sized sofa sleeper, and Twin pillow rest airbed mattress, 4 people can sleep comfortably here.
