Property was exactly as described. Several shopping/restaurant options nearby. Close proximity to black sands beach. Lack of a/c in house was not an issue. Plenty of fans and front of house is shaded by mature lansdcaping. We loved having our morning coffee watching the birds in the birdbath. There was 6 in our group and we were very comfortable. Host was very responsive. We would stay again.

This property worked well for our needs. We had six people, three generations. The property is close enough to the beaches. Property has numerous beach amenities that we took advantage of.

The location was easy to find, quiet neighborhood, some highway noise.
The house was great, needs some TLC and maintenance. The bbq was unusable, replacement never delivered during our stay. The kitchen really needs some work, kitchen faucet needs replacing and countertops need work, grout was dirty needs a deep cleaning.
House discription advertises 4 tvs, only 2 and issues with the one that did get solved.
Other than that we enjoyed the house, it has so much potential just needs some upkeep.

Nice place, had some sewer problems while we were there but they did get it dealt with after the weekend. Without the problems location was good and it was a nice layout for our family.

The house had everything you need except AC. My bad for not asking as mid day was very hot for the baby. Plenty of fans though! Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Close to Hapuna the nicest beach on the island. Thank you !

The check in was easy and great and the access to the amenities of the house were all there. What is posted is not what youll get, you will get an overall better experience than what is listed. The place is in a quite neiborhood with respectful neighbors and the parking is of all the vehicles were readily avail... there was even a pingball table which we used and had alot of fun with the Thompsons,Monizs,and of course the renter Hamasaki.

This property was well equipped with all the amenities you could need for a great Hawaiian vacation. From well stocked kitchen to snorkel gear and boogie boards, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Originally booked with the previous owner via another site. I was worried as we had horror stories from other athletes about bookings being cancelled and costs doubling or more. Not so in this case, the owners stuck to the original agreement, for which I am grateful. The house was a good 30 minute drive from Kona, but it was a relief to be away from all the Ironman hype and it was cooler at night, being further away from the coast. The house was well equipped for our stay.
