Welcome to Hale Kai! Which translates to “Home by the Sea”. Part of the Kuilima Estates East community, this unit is designed in an island aesthetic and comes with one (1) bedroom, two (2) bathrooms and offers 875 interior square feet (including enclosed lanai) of space for your enjoyment.
The spacious interior sleeps two (2) guests with one (1) queen bed. You are provided with one (1) dedicated parking stall with additional guest parking should you have visitors. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare on-site meals, washer/dryer for laundry, ceiling fans in all living spaces and air conditioning in the bedroom should you need to cool down after a long day at the beach.
Guests have the option to stay within the gated Kuilima Estates East complex and enjoy the community pool, BBQ area, tennis court, and gazebo. Or located just a short stroll away, Turtle Bay Resort offers a selection of dining options, day spa services, helicopter tours, horseback riding, surfing lessons and world-class golf with two (2) exceptional 18-hole courses: Arnold Palmer and George Fazio.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

This place was exactly as described! It was clean and welcoming, and had everything we needed for our stay! There were even some beach supplies that we were able to use which was great. The property grounds were beautiful and very peaceful and quiet. This was just the perfect place to stay on our honeymoon and would definitely come back again!

This was our first visit to Hawaii and the location of this property was ideal for the things we wanted to do on the North Shore. It was just a walk or a short drive to many amazing beaches, hikes and other attractions. The property is in a beautiful location and is safe and secure as well as clean and well maintained. The listing is extremely accurate in depicting what is there. We were happy with our whole experience there and would love to return. We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

The condo was exactly as described. It was conveniently located to everything on the North Shore. The condo was clean, updated and comfortable. It was very well stocked. We loved the beach supplies provided. We had no complaints at all.
