* The Master bedroom and master bathroom with his and hers sinks are located on the first floor.
*Additional two bedrooms are located on the second floor with a bathroom.
*All the closets have organization systems installed.
*The half bathroom is located on the first floor near the staircase.
*1450 sq ft interior, 6900 sq ft total property.
*We can fit a total of 3 vehicles in the driveway.
*You will have access to the whole house and backyard.
We will available by text or phone call throughout your stay! There will also be someone coming by every 3 days or so to maintain the garden and lawn. He will be there for no more than an hour.
This vacation home is located in the exclusive Mauna Olu Estates in Makaha Valley, Oahu. This gated community offers 24-hour security and exclusivity to residents and guests. The neighborhood boasts of lush tropical landscapes and is surrounded by the Waianae mountain range providing a secluded and peaceful atmosphere.
As you enter the community, you will be impressed by the beautiful and well-maintained homes and landscaping.
*The community will feature fantastic amenities, including a refreshing pool, a cozy gym for your workouts, and a welcoming gathering area perfect for socializing. Completion and access dates are still to be announced, but these exciting additions are on the way!
Makaha Valley is a hidden gem on the island, known for its picturesque beaches and beautiful hiking trails. Makaha Beach Park, which is just a short drive from the vacation home, is a local favorite for swimming, surfing and sunbathing.
The area is also rich in Hawaiian culture.
Overall, Mauna Olu Estates in Makaha Valley is an ideal location for those looking for a luxurious and secure vacation home experience on the beautiful island of Oahu.
*For our out of town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Oahus second City). It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and timely travel.
*Golf course is a two minute walk from the house, just outside of the guard shack. World famous Makaha beach is just a three minute drive down the road.
Important Note: Guest understands that a 4% processing fee will be forfeited for any cancellations.
1. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
2. No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events are not permitted.
3. Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors must have approval from hosts.
4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and the community.
5. No pets: Pets are not allowed on property.
6. Respect the Property: Please treat the home and its belongings with care. Report any damages immediately.
8. Garbage: Trash days are every Tuesday. Kindly help us by taking out as much trash as possible on designated trash days rather than waiting...

Such a pretty and clean home with an incredible view and lots of amenities! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cookware and seasoning. There were beach amenities too such as coolers, water shoes, towels, snorkels and boogie boards. The AC was SO nice.
This house accommodated 8ish comfortably but could have accommodated our 10 better if one of the air mattress didn’t deflate on us haha
The host was so kind and immediately brought us coffee filters when we couldn’t find them. Toilet paper rolls were the only thing we had an issue with. We had 3 in the house but couldn’t find more.
Overall super cute place and would stay again!

Great for a beach vacation, horrible for sight seeing. Too far out. Such a nice house! Everything you need. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Our group really did not fit!

Nice gated community. Home was very clean, view was great. Beautiful backyard. Only small complaint was no closet in master. It was locked. We were there for a wedding so we had other family staying in the neighborhood. It was great we could walk to each other’s homes.

Family gathering to celebrate birthdays and a graduation. So much to love about this house.
The house is beautiful.
The outdoor space is breathtaking. The fruits, flowers, and views. At night the teens used the Bluetooth karaoke speaker for 3 hours. Every morning I woke up before dawn and sat outside to watch the sunrise and listen to the birds.
Inside there is AC in all rooms, the kitchen is open and fully stocked.
All the bedrooms we’re comfortable and have a great view of the beach.
The teens enjoyed the arcade games.
We used the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear too.
The location is where the locals live. It’s a nice gated community with friendly security guards 24/7.
The hosts were responsive and we got lucky because they added outdoor patio seating that everyone enjoyed. We spent most of our time outside on the lanai.
Definitely saving this listing to rent in the future.

We truly enjoyed the stay at the property. It was clean and well stocked. the only drawback was the constant noise of building and construction everyday even on the weekend. The area is extremely beautiful, lush and green. The construction aside and when complete will make it a tranquil area to unwind. Would we stay there again and the answer is yes.
