This place is just right for a couple or a small family. It's in the perfect location: quiet and serene while still being close to all the action! Breathe in the ocean air and enjoy the freedom of being on the world's most beautiful island. Take a tour of famous movie sets, hike through the rainforest, stop by a coffee farm, and visit thrilling Volcanoes National Park. But don't forget all the ocean has to offer. You can swim with the manta rays, kayak, surf, parasail, snorkel, and soak up the sun on our beautiful white, green, and black-sand beaches.
This oceanside condo complex is truly a treasure. The tropical landscape is a pleasure to stroll through while you listen to the singing birds and the crashing waves. Ali'i Villas also offers an array of amenities including private parking, a car wash area, a lending library, gas grills, picnic tables and a gorgeous swimming pool surrounded by a sundeck.
Inside the condo, style meets comfort with a bright interior and welcoming ambience. Ceiling fans enhance the tropical breeze in every room, including the lanai. Room air conditioners are also available in the living room and bedroom. You'll sleep like a baby on the hybrid coil/memory foam mattress. Enjoy relaxing on the comfortable furniture while watching movies on the large, pivoting TV. Sit and chat at the breakfast bar while the family chef cooks in the generously appointed kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and several small appliances to whip up an island feast. This place is designed to help you enjoy the island - guide books and beach amenities are available to our guests. However, this home is also comfortable enough for everyone to enjoy a relaxing night in - lots of puzzles, cable and streaming TV, and the dining table can be flipped over for a game of chess or backgammon! An in-home washer/dryer is provided for your convenience, and don't forget to wash off the sunscreen in the newly renovated bathroom shower. Close out the day with a drink on the breezy lanai or watch the sunset from the complex's community viewing deck that is perched right over the Pacific.

The condo was clean and well appointed. You can hear the traffic, and the location is really convenient. Pool area is clean and well maintained. Views of the ocean with benches are nice. Good place to enjoy the island life.
