This proved to be the perfect stay. Property had everything we needed for the beach. Everything was in perfect working order. Due to a mix up (probably my fault) we could not find the property code and gate code to get in. This was taken care with a simple phone call. Thank you for the prompt reply. Being able to eat at the restaurant on the premises proved to be a plus. We ate there several times. Would definitely book again.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we could possibly need for cooking, swimming, and beach time. It was very clean and organized and the view from the lanai was stunning! We had our coffee every morning watching the golfers and enjoying the ocean view.
The restaurant on the property had awesome drinks and food. The pool was perfect and was great for an evening swim. The owners are very responsive and we would definitely recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I have traveled to the Big Island many times and love staying at Halii Kai. Unit 11A was a great choice for our latest trip. The unit was just as pictured, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. Mary and her husband were very easy to communicate with, and responded to all of our questions very quickly. We would definitely stay in Unit 11A again.

This property was as advertised and was clean, well maintained, and well located. The initial stocking and the gift basket upon arrival was very appreciated. Especially the coffee, saved having to go to store after arrival, until the next morning.
The ease of booking and communications was also very appreciated and informative.
We always enjoy staying on the big island!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Mary and Ed are so gracious and kind! The condo had everything we needed and more! We sat on the deck daily watching whales and dolphins play in the water. Beautiful view of the ocean not to mention the sunset every evening. Also there are big screened tv’s in every room for that down time in the evening before bed. We highly recommend!!!

Our condo was at a perfect peaceful location, just as described. Comfy for 2 couples with extensive essentials for kitchen and play. Beautiful views from lanai of the ocean and whales. Very nice landscaping and privacy in gated property. Pool and restaurant employees were cheerful and competent. We will be returning to this property again.

This property is the best place we’ve ever stayed in! Everything you needed for the beach was supplied. We would go to the beach all day and then to the clubhouse and pool for drinks and sunset. The Hali’i Kai property was so serene and quiet and we were able to completely relax. The condo is perfect with two large bedrooms and baths on opposite ends. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and make your morning coffee. We loved eating breakfast out on the lanai where the view over the golf course and ocean is gorgeous! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful condo with us we can’t wait to come back!!!
