We stayed at this property last year and decided to come back. We were disappointed in the condition of the house, we experienced a leak in the air conditioner resulting in water in the walls and floor, mouse traps in kitchen, pantry and garage, one dishwasher had problems, the ice maker did not work, and we had an ant problem in the kitchen. There is standing water in the garage when it rains. When the landscaper came they did not blow any grass off the paved areas and it ended up in the pool causing the pool man to spend extra time cleaning the pool. For a luxury home and the cost to rent it was subpar at best.
