Unit 105 is conveniently located on the ground floor with a large lanai where you can easily enjoy our beautiful grounds and our amazing sunsets. You are just steps away from the pool, barbeques and a relaxing stroll on the beach....

It is a little dated, but, the bed was great, everything worked, couldn’t have been better.
Would definitely stay here again. (Stayed a week in January)

This place was a perfect home base for our Maui vacation. The property is an older building and needs some updating but it made up for that in price and location! It was great to walk right out the back door to a beach and have perfect views of the sunset right from the condo. S. Kihei road is filled with great beaches and restaurants within a 3 minute drive. The condo also had an assortment of beach accessories available that made visiting the beaches perfect (chairs, cooler, umbrella). Overall a perfect place for a great price!!

We loved our stay here. The location was convenient to everything on the island, while offering a quiet area where we could relax.
The view is spectacular whether you are sitting at the dining table, in the living room or enjoying the back patio. You can literally walk out the door and have your toes in the ocean in moments.
The space is large enough to have some space, but cozy enough to engage in family time. The bed is quite comfortable and there's plenty of space for storing your clothing. The couch turns into a full size bed which wasn't overly comfortable, but worked for teenagers. Having a washer and dryer in-unit was a fantastic bonus being so close to the ocean and the community pool.
We had a small issue at check-in, but it was resolved quickly. We were never able to connect to the wifi, but it wasn't a problem.
Overall, fantastic place that we would definitely recommend.

Amazing property with unbelievable views. We walked the beach every morning and on one occasion we were greeted by a sea turtle. Communication was great and we will definitely visit again
