The townhome is a 3 bedroom with 3 full baths. The master bedroom features a King sized bed and large dresser. The master en-suite bathroom is large with lots of counter and drawer space and a walk in shower. The second bedroom features a Queen sized bed and dresser. The second bathroom is adjacent with tub and is also where the washing machine and dryer are located, along with cleaning supplies and lots of extra towels including beach towels. The third bedroom is upstairs in the loft, with two Twin beds. The en-suite bathroom contains a shower.

The living area is comfortable and equipped with lots of seating, including two comfy lounge rockers. The full kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, utensils, appliances, pots & pans and everything you need to feel at home. The dining area seats 4 at the high top and 3 at the bar. You can also enjoy time outside on the lanai where you can enjoy the gorgeous Waikoloa sunsets with a view that opens out to the peaceful golf course and ocean views in the backdrop.
